Vacation rentals with a patio in Calp

The apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. Sarah was definitely a super host, always ensuring we had everything we needed and recommended places of interest. She is very friendly and genuinely interested in her guests. Albir is a beautiful town with many bars & restaurants. The views of mountains and seaside are spectacular. Plenty to see and explore.

Very good accommodation with everything close by. Nice apartment of high standards and everything worked perfectly. We had a small issue (which didn't need to be resolved immediately) but they fixed it right away and were always very nice and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we wanted to extend our stay but then someone else would have had time to book (which I understand). We would be glad to come again:) Many thanks to the host!

Lovely terrace apartment in a nice neighborhood in Alicante. Helen was very helpful throughout. She even ordered a electric kettle on Amazon for me. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is around 15 mins walk to the center. I quite enjoyed it as helped me stay fit :) The apartment has all the ameneties you need for a longer stay as well. I would certainly recommend

Great residence

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

The house is as described in the listing, we had a fantastic vacation. Walk to the beach and the pool at the gate of the garden. very quiet urbanization to be able to rest. jose luis a 10-star host. Both the bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. Recommended. Best regards and thank you Jose Luis.

Very good stay, great jacuzzi!

Property was as per pictures. Had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice eating at the breakfast bar. The air-con worked a treat to heat the property up. The balcony was south facing and so had the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. Karen was very flexible with the check-in time and the communication with her was excellent. She gave us all of the key information way in advance of our arrival date which helped our planning. Moraira was very pretty and Portet even moreso. Lidl and Carrefour were an 8 minute drive away. We’d definitely return.

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location within 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment as indicated, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

The house was lovely and as described. It's in the old town which is great but is a bit of a walk to the beach/port. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

Casita with everything you need, a perfect terrace with beautiful views. Isaac very attentive and friendly. We've been very comfortable.

The condo was so cute and well kept. Before we got there, Eva had sent a ton of information on local places to visit, restaurants, and what animals we might see in the surrounding coves. When we had questions, she was quick to answer and always very helpful. There were some basics in the kitchen for us to use. Only one issue—the shower has no lip along the edge so water leaks at the end and along the side. We had to keep a towel there to prevent water soaking the bathroom. Aside from that, we would stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Nice and functional yard and pool area. We were three couples and three kids, the house worked well for our needs. Communication was responsive.

We used to live in Albir so know the area well and this place fitted our needs perfectly in terms of location and price. It had a nice outside area which was perfect for sunbathing too. A couple of minutes walk from the seafront and all the wonderful eateries and bars - plus paid half the price of a front line apartment with a sea view. Very good value for money and it was super spacious too - with all mod cons. The 2 x bathrooms with fantastic powerful showers were a stand out feature. The place is not swanky (the furniture is really comfortable but a little dated) - but its really comfortable and we had a very happy week there.

A wonderful apartment with wonderful sea views from sunrise to sunset! Well equipped and quiet. Dani was a great host and was very helpful! Strongly recommend!

The apartment just as seen in the photos, everything is clean and with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Susana is always attentive, quick and very flexible communication with check-in and check-out times, a totally recommended place.

The apartment is wonderful. The terrace, pool, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are just as described. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest (great) beach. A big shop right next to the building and some nice restaurants in the market across the street, in case you don’t want to go in the old town. Bus stops right next to the building. There were small issues, but really unimportant: -central air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms but we just let the door open, -no coffee machine, just an electric kettle, but we boiled the water and made coffee the old fashion way, -the towels could have been newer, -we only had 1 key and had to organize really good for doing things separately from the other couple, -parking spot a little difficult to find. Like I said, minor issues easily solved or ignored. We had a great time, we would definitely stay in the same apartment should we come to Benidorm again. It is perfect for two couples or a family of four-five persons.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

We have been in this apartment for the first time and we really liked it. The host communicates very quickly and is very friendly as is the girl who gives you the keys. It is a detail that there would be milk, turkey, cheese, water, coffee... for breakfast, it is appreciated!. It has parking that facilitates parking. It has all kinds of appliances and good menaje. Thank you for everything, we will come back.

Beautiful apartment, carefully decorated. very good air conditioning. The pool and hot tub are accessible from 8:30 am to 11pm. Beach at 5 minutes walk! Beautiful sea view. Thank you Franck&Barbara.
