The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The host was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Love the place, the ambiance it gives is so peaceful. The place is so furnished and complete with what you may need. It is also great for group of people since it saves time to prepare because of two bathrooms. Recommended for a relaxing stay since it comes with a massage chair. Also, it is comfy to move around since the space is enough to accommodate 8 pax. The host is accommodating too with our inquiries and request. Recommendable place to stay. Thank you.

Fantastic stay at this cozy gem! The unit was spotlessly clean and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing all our questions and needs promptly. The location is unbeatable for concert-goers heading to the Philippine Arena - you couldn't ask for a more convenient spot. What's more, the host offers transportation to and from the unit for a fee, allowing us to park our car safely and enjoy the concert without any worries. As an added bonus, there's a mall just across from the property, perfect for grabbing a bite or doing some quick shopping. Overall, this Airbnb is a top choice for anyone attending events at the Philippine Arena or looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

Very clean place. Right across the street from a basketball court. It’s really fun to watch the locals play some basketball. A really nice and cute neighborhood. It would be a great place to live! Very quiet and peaceful. Loved this place.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! Arianne was very accommodating and responsive, making the booking process and communication so easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, air conditioning, and a kitchen area, which made my stay even more comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again when I go on vacation next time!

Definitely the best view for NYE! Fireworks display across BGC, Mandaluyong, and Makati!!! Rate for a normal overnight stay was a bit expensive at first but when you see the view of the fireworks this place has to offer, DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE! Definitely justified once you get to watch the fireworks left and right! Also a bonus that the hosts were very responsive and easy to transact with! Thank you again for being such lovely hosts!!

Absolutely Cozy & Inviting! We had a wonderful stay at this warm and light-filled retreat! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, with soft lighting, cozy furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere. The natural light streaming through the windows made our mornings so refreshing, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy escape. We’ll definitely be back! Pros: The unit looks exactly as in the picture, clean, aesthetic and functional. Good for long term stay, they have available washing machine as well that has been helpful for us, instead of going to laundry shop. They also gave complimentary welcome fruits, coffee and drinks. A very good place for long term stay. Jacque has been accomodating to our check in and check out schedule as well. Cons: (not really a cons but more in personal preference) They don’t have free parking - its paid but its conveniently close to the building. For the bathroom its clean and they have complimentary toiletries, something that can be ignored but the water from shower have tendency to splash in the toilet area even with curtain, so laging wet yung bathroom. Despite the cons above, I still give it 5 star, because we are satisfied with the stay.

The host and co-host is very responsive, welcoming and accommodating all throughout the process, before and after staying. All inquiries are answered and resolved. We arrived at the place/unit with warm welcome and didn’t expect to receive unexpected gift that we really appreciated. The unit is clean, fresh, and well-maintained literally what you see in the photos is what it is. Also, the unit is close to the pool, convenience store, coffee shop, etc. Just a minute walk from the establishment and the unit is complete from equipments and tools and necessities. We enjoyed our stay 100%. The host, co-host, and unit is very commendable!

It would've been better if there was a microwave available otherwise it was a good unit perfect for short stays. I would book again.

Everything matched the photos. The place is spacious, very comfortable, and clean! I also loved how almost everything you need for your stay is provided. Check in was really smooth, and parking was arranged since we advised early. Ms. Katrina is very responsive to inquiries as well! Thank you for the great stay!

My girlfriend and I had so much fun during our stay! We don't have to order outside as the food we need are already provided. Ms. Chase is also very welcoming and will definitely help you with anything you need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beatriz place is exactly what we needed. Primarily the safety and the easy access to shopping malls ( Shangrila Plaza, Megamall...) heaps of restaurants which are walkable. The accomodation is clean and peaceful. Beatriz is super responsive as well, giving us clear and straightforward instructions. We also encountered warm and respectful staff from the concierge all throughout our stay. We would love to go back. Thanks Beatriz ,for making our stay a great one.
