The main reason why I chose the listing was the location and it delivered. It was right across Edsa shang and walking distance from Megamall which has everything I need. The wifi was adequate and I was able to work remotely during my 2 weeks of stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again when I come back to Metro Manila.

The host is very accommodating. She was kind enough to extend my stay because I wasn't able to check-in on time because of the typhoon. Super appreciate it. The unit is clean and spacious. Very recommendable if you want to stay in Marikina.

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

William’s place IS the home away from home. It is as advertised. And when the host is very engaging and responsive, other AirBnB hosts should model his system that earned him Super Host. Amenities abound from walking distance groceries to in-house e-bike transport, and the complex staff are some of the reasons why William’s place is in high demand. Repeat booking in surely in the future.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Had a blast with my friends here! The place and location is really good. We were able to cook easily with the stove and the kitchen was well-equipped (has several plates, bowls, pots/pans, glasses, cultery, knives, glasses/mugs/shot glasses). Rice cooker fits 10 cups. There was a lot of space to hang out and just chill. The outdoor grill was super great, we were able to bbq late in the night. The jacuzzi looked so nice and cozy at night time with the lights. There were so many tvs in the house, but our most favorite tv is the one in the loft where to karaoke is situated, the fact that they have spare mic batteries and its charger beside the karaoke is pure genius. we could just karaoke forever. I left an item and they kindly helped me have it sent back. Would recommend 10/10. 💯

Roland earned super host rating not because of his beautiful home. Everything about his place reflects how the host communicates and treats his guests, and he did as advertised and as he said he would. His place is highly recommended to those looking for a comfortable accommodation at an affordable rate. Will surely consider rebooking.

Follow the host's instructions on how to get there. Waze and Google Maps will give you a different road which is more difficult (long rough road) than what the host gave. The rest house was clean, especially the pool. The water was so clear and we didn't smell a strong amount of chlorine. If you would like an IG-worthy rest house, this might not be it, but good enough for a simple family/friend bonding. The water in the faucets have a strong flow, but I just hope that all of the locks of CRs would be fixed. Ask for kitchen tools as well before going since they don't have much such as rice cooker.

It's our second time here at casa Verde. The place is spacious, clean rooms, nice kitchen and really just in the metro. No longer need to travel a long time (haggard and tiring/hassle). Location is perfect specially I have my elderly parents with me. Great Host, and the caretakers are approachable. Will come back again, and thank you for making my daughter's birthday so much fun with her friends.

Second time at Osmund's place and it's another great experience. Looking forward to our next stay! Location - very easy to find and accessible anytime. Has a mall that is literally walking distance so it was reassuring since you can get what you need from the mall. Check in / out - super easy and quick! I loved how they set up Seventeen vids on the TV since they knew we'll be there for the concert. 🤗 Room - spacious and clean with complete amenities as listed. Large and comfortable bed, sofa, table, TV, aircon, bath and toilet, cabinet with hangers, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen, etc. There are lots of power outlets as well. Parking - has a reserved parking spot which was really helpful. Host - super friendly and responsive! Very easy to talk to. 🫶🫶🫶 Thank you so much, Osmund! 🎉

We spent the Christmas holidays at Kirk’s place. It’s the perfect spot since it’s a corner unit, walls are made of glass from floor to ceiling which makes a perfect view deck while watching the fireworks.

If you are planning to stay with your family somewhere in North, this is perfect place. Very responsive host even at late night. Highly recommend 😊

Everything is excellent

Diana is incredibly responsive and regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The space is beautifully designed, and my daughter had a great time taking photos. There's a convenience store on the ground floor, which was really convenient. My furbabies also had a wonderful time here!

Host Michael/Leni particularly Leni had been proactively responsive to queries. Leni displayed pleasantry upon arriving at the place up to checking out. The place is huge for the 8 of us. AC is spot-on maintained a cool ambiant in the unit. Although we opted to do food deliveries, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for cooking etc.. The soundproofing done has enusured us to enjoy karaoke and movie marathon with no complaints from neighbooring units. Just a little lapse on t&b flush but still a great place to stay. Thank you for the accommodation. 👍

Awesome place. Near to everything. Easy Access. Safe. 24/7. Clean. Nery is very helpful and accomodating. Helped us all throughout our stay. We brought TIN ID which wasn’t accepted by the building admin and Nerry helped us with the process. Worth the stay. We’ll definitely come back and this will be our go-to stay whenever we visit QC.
