Unit 2925 Tower 1 was another great unit of Cozy Home. The hosts Kuya Joey and Jan were quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. Their staff were friendly too. They made me feel at home once again. Unit was clean (they clean their unit weekly); it was bug free. This place and their other unit are highly recommendable. I’d consider their units again if available when I come back. Thank you K Joey and Jan!

Emmanuel is outstanding- overall. Great Host inspite of his busy schedule. In my opinion, Fame Residences is more relaxed than Light Residences.

This condo checks all the boxes. Located in Air Residence Makati, it’s surrounded by eating spots—from gourmet restaurants to quick food stalls. I even discovered a few hidden gems nearby that made the experience even more exciting. Having so many options right downstairs made everything more convenient and enjoyable. I rarely had to take a ride anywhere—everything I needed was just a few steps away. Dan showed care and concern for us when we encountered a few issues with our extended stay, more from the AirBnB side. However, the matter was quickly resolved and we settled in without any issues throughout our stay. The unit is centrally located and therefore accessible to the many places we visited in Metro Manila. Also, it is accessible to the NAIA, the MRT and the ferry, which is close by and free! The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming on the two Sundays we visited the local church. It was like being in the comfort of one's community, with warm, loving, and respectful people. The staff at Novotel Residences, the people in the neighborhood, and the Grab drivers who drove us to our destinations--they all made us feel at home. We stayed almost a month and we didn't want it to end. Our stay was that good. Thank you, Dan, for your hospitality and for creating a memorable experience for us!

It’s a great place and their sky lounge is a perfect spot for sunset-sunrise lover like me.

Great place to stay.. Few minor quibbles... No shower gel, both showers in our flat had no hot water. Safe not working however Melanie was a fantastic host.

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is kind and very accomodating. The place is clean and big. It's quiet and it's nice to relax. The room is big and there are many beds. It's really nice in their place, it's cold especially at night. Malakas ang starlink 😊Thank you for welcoming us.

Host was very responsive.Beddings smells so fresh and all appliances are functioning properly. Although it would be best if they have microwave but not having one didn’t affect our overall experience. Place is also near NLEX. Can really recommend the place.

The hosts are very helpful, they helped me a lot when they saw i got a broken foot, which i appreciate a lot ! They even suggested to help me with my groceries and food if needed! They were also very helpful when i needed to extend my stay and figured a solution ! I can only recommend them and their apartments that got a breathtaking view.

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Nimfa’s apartment. The residence is very pleasant and offers great amenities: a rooftop with a stunning view, a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a restaurant, a convenience store, a laundry service, and a security guards ensuring safety. The apartment was exactly as described : well furnished and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and the host was very responsive. A flawless experience! I would gladly rent this apartment again on my next trip to Manila

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.

Kenneth was always very responsive as a host and we became good friends over time as well. Overall a young kind young man with bright future. Any issue was resolved quickly!

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!

The VIEW, OMG the pictures doesn't do enough justice for it very spacious, clean, AC was enough for the bed room an living room was quiet an peaceful in the building I can't think of anything I disliked about the unit if I'm being honest and I would HIGHLY recommend this unit The 180° VIEW of the city was immaculate just downstairs an around the corner many different shops and restaurants as well so was super nice far enough for the nite life but close enough for it only being a 5min drive if that's what you're looking for Loved this spot
