A stay I will remember! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! Everything about the unit exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and filled with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The queen-sized bed was incredibly cozy, and the blackout curtains ensured I got a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area with its smart TV and Netflix made my downtime enjoyable. The super-fast internet (300 Mbps!) was perfect for streaming and staying connected. I also loved the stunning pool view through the large windows—it truly added a touch of serenity to my stay. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Makati, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was very responsive, friendly, and ensured everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient. 🙂👍🏻

My mom stay here for her medical in st luke. I will recommend this airbnb because my mom did enjoy her stay and said the bed was very comfortable and she can make her own food not like in hotel she need to buy food from out side.

This place is great,its a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, markets and food was just around to reach, Boni station was right infront of the condo. Garbage collection is just few steps away, and organise. Most of all i love how clean the place is, Joey and Janette is a nice host and responed quickly. Looking forward to stay back again in the future.

We would definitely visit and do another staycation with them!

Great place

They have a good location of the unit, high floor with great view. It is very clean and Dan is responsive with our needs. Their area is okay if you’re looking to stay for a while. However, if you are looking for a much hotel experience, consider the Novotel rooms already because you can access the amenities easily. You don’t need a paper for the hotel lobby to let you in. Also you need to go inside and out of the building because it is located at the other entrance. Kinda feels like we are outsiders. But all in all, it’s a good experience :)

The place is very spacious for 2 pax. The room was clean, the bathroom was huge. We had an easy access to everything, including the pool. The host is very accomodating. Whenever we need something, he instantly replies to us. Will book again. ❤️

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

The Preserve Camping Site in Tanay, Rizal offers a very memorable experience for a weekend getaway place. Perfect area with the addition of very friendly and accommodating staff members. The camp site is extremely well kept with facilities that are really impeccable as far as cleanliness is concerned. We rented the “Tanay House” for our accommodation because our group was composed of five families with children in the mix. The house was constructed beautifully with plenty of rooms and spaces that did impress all of us. Even the Green Power used to power up the house appliances and lighting was very commendatory. We wonder what kind of solar equipment were employed to charge up the batteries that power up the entire house and adjoining facilities. Overall, we as a group did enjoy our stay and will truly come back another time. We wish that the management will install window and door screens to keep the biting insects from coming in to protect the children from bites.

Melissa's place is beautiful. The location gave us a great view. The house was clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Melissa herself was a great host. Although we did not get the chance to meet her in person, she immediately communicated with me and was very responsive to my queries. The only disappointment was that it was advertised as pet-friendly but there were conditions governing bringing of pets that, to me, were not really pet friendly. Although I understand why there are such conditions, it made us decide not to bring our dogs as we felt it would be unfair to the dogs.

My family (Me, my wife and 2 sons) stayed for 4 nights. The accommodations suited our needs. Jose was very professional, friendly & had clear communication. You do have to take a taxi or Grab to the nearest mall but it's not that far as most malls in the area are 5-15 mins away. Air conditioning in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook meals. 2 bathrooms which is great. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Wonderful 30 day stay!! Hosts greated me after late arrival. Apartment is bright, tastefully decorated, very clean, and smells great. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, iron, blow dryer. Large comfortable bed with very clean linen. Lots of storage. Free wifi with strong reliable signal. Large flat screen TV. Great water pressure and hot water. Good air conditioner with remote. Exceptial views of city on spacious balcony. Very quick response to all communications and issues; like when I blew the circuit breaker. Biweekly cleaning for nominal fee. Very nice and helpful concierge and security staff. Was able to leave bags downstairs before flight. Laundry services available nearby. Property within walking distance to very nice mall, several good restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops, and convenience store. Grab transportation was quick and cheap all over town. Highly recommended this apartment because the owner and staff take such good care of their guests and apartment. Lovely!!!!

Kenneth was always very responsive as a host and we became good friends over time as well. Overall a young kind young man with bright future. Any issue was resolved quickly!

Malate is an interesting neighbourhood that is not for the faint of heart but I personally really enjoyed its high energy. Marcs place is a great base of operations to navigate Manila, basically centered between many of the main sites to see in the city. The Robinsons Mall is nearby and you can walk there to enjoy a/c and many food options. On the way you will see many street vendors, most are friendly some try to scam foreigners but it’s to be expected. I could see my brother enjoying this part of town but my mother would probably prefer to stay in BGC or Makati. Hope this review helps. Will stay again in the future.

I am grateful for the fast feedback and reply of the host. The place is clean and matches the photos indicated in the page. You can easily find a laundry shop and it has a great place to eat. It has a very beautiful view of the surrounding. I love the clean air there despite being in the city.

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!

I highly recommend this airbnb. The room was small as seen in the photos but it was decorated to make it feel spacious and it does not feel small at all, honestly. I like the place because I know for sure they properly maintained the place. The water pressure was great, the bathroom was squeaky clean & the sheets are new. The wifi was fast so I can work without hassle. I suggest to follow the maximum number of guests for this room. I will definitely be booking this room again if I am to visit the area again. Plus the host is very responsive.
