Unit 2925 Tower 1 was another great unit of Cozy Home. The hosts Kuya Joey and Jan were quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. Their staff were friendly too. They made me feel at home once again. Unit was clean (they clean their unit weekly); it was bug free. This place and their other unit are highly recommendable. I’d consider their units again if available when I come back. Thank you K Joey and Jan!

Place is cozy and relaxing. Great place to stay within the metro if you want a quick staycation lang.

Emmanuel is outstanding- overall. Great Host inspite of his busy schedule. In my opinion, Fame Residences is more relaxed than Light Residences.

over all it's clean but you can see some few tiny cockroaches which is normal as per other residents. its a cozy place to stay feels like home and the owner is very responsive to your queries. there will be few additional charges if you take more than 25 days like the internet, water and electric bill (still waiting for our additional charges i hope it wont be that high) but discount was already applied since we took more than 25 days. also if your itineraries are just around the corner its very accessible to all just expect traffic especially during rush hours.

Amazing stay with very accessible area to explore with more than reasonable price

1. The apartment is as seen in the pictures in Airbnb. 2. Rooms are clean and tidy. 3. Kitchen gadgets are complete and functional. Lots of utensils and kitchen tools are new and sharp. 4. They provide slippers for guests to use. 5. Owner is very accomodating and easy to talk to, John also toured us inside the unit first which is an extra level of service in his part. He's also quick to respond to inquiries despite having such a busy schedule. 6. There are enough pillows, blankets, and towels for more than the number of guests. 7. The condo building itself is very beautiful and there's an ongoing construction for a convenience store. But the nearest one is alphamart. 8. They have bidet and the CR is huge. Plus they have functional heater. 9. The place looks brand new and no visible damages on the furnitures and equipments. 10. The pool looks big and inviting, very tempted to try it on the next visit. PS: Will definitely book again in the future!!!

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is kind and very accomodating. The place is clean and big. It's quiet and it's nice to relax. The room is big and there are many beds. It's really nice in their place, it's cold especially at night. Malakas ang starlink 😊Thank you for welcoming us.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Sophia in Binangonan, Rizal, to celebrate my Dad’s birthday. From pre-booking until checkout, Melissa was incredibly responsive & friendly to my inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience. Her team, Ate Sonia & Genevieve, were also very accommodating & ready to assist. We were surprised upon arrival with a thoughtful birthday setup for my father & a refreshing welcome drink. The villa itself is beautifully designed, has a cozy living space, modern entertainment system, comfortable sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, & clean bathrooms. The entire house was cool & well-ventilated, w/c was perfect for the summer weather. The highlights of our stay was the stunning backyard, pool area, and the breathtaking overlooking view of Laguna Lake. My family was truly amazed by the beauty and comfort of the place—we all wished we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be booking again. My family (Me, my wife and 2 sons) stayed for 4 nights. The accommodations suited our needs. Jose was very professional, friendly & had clear communication. You do have to take a taxi or Grab to the nearest mall but it's not that far as most malls in the area are 5-15 mins away. Air conditioning in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook meals. 2 bathrooms which is great. We would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.

I enjoyed my stay at this place. Everything was clean and working fine. My personal preference bed was springy.

I am grateful for the fast feedback and reply of the host. The place is clean and matches the photos indicated in the page. You can easily find a laundry shop and it has a great place to eat. It has a very beautiful view of the surrounding. I love the clean air there despite being in the city.

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!
