Monthly Rentals in Caiolite

We ( 2 adults 3 children were here for 1.5 months on the beautiful property in Pergola. It was great, wonderful on the mountain in the middle of beautiful nature. Everything you need for a short or long vacation we had here. The house is solidly furnished, everything works and was super clean. The landlord and the neighbor Giancarlo were always and quickly accessible. We give full points and will certainly come back many more times.

We had a fantastic time here. Paula and Marcello are very sweet people and nothing is too much. We were surprised with a delicious breakfast in the fridge upon arrival. Marcello also came to bring fresh croissants from the bakery and we also got a homemade delicious cake a few days later. Momo the dog always came to get cuddles and next to the fantastically equipped kitchen the view is really phenomenal. We will definitely come back!

This place is a corner of paradise! Michele's house is cozy, beautiful with all the comforts available. Michele is a kind host, always available, we appreciated the tips on walks in the surroundings, restaurants and in general the stories in the area, which is nothing short of wonderful! It was really a pleasure staying here, we hope to be back very soon! Highly recommended!

Heike and Peter have created a wonderful place to relax and feel at home. They are kind and welcoming hosts to both human and animal guests, and offer suggestions of how to make the most of your stay. There are many places to explore within a short distance of the location, both inland and by the sea. Or stay at the Casa and enjoy the pool and beautiful surrounding nature. There are supermarkets nearby, and a well equipped kitchenette if you wish to cook at home, or many good restaurants to try. Casa Collinetta is so lovely, you won’t want to leave and will book to return!
