Monthly Rentals in Cain Lake

We had a wonderful experience! House was clean (one of the rare places you can find with fully washed sheets and pillow cases which I really care about:) ). Heating system was efficient in keeping the place warm during cold weather. I would recommend adding an iron though :) Communication was absolutely great. The host is very kind and responsive. The surrounding was very scenic, peaceful and unique with many trails nearby. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay :)

The Aloha Suite was perfect. Terry obviously put in a lot of thought to what she put into the space and everywhere you turn there's a gem or a treasure. I wanted to stay another couple of nights just to find what other useful things she left and to read some of the books and magazines. The suite is compact but you don't ever think about that because it has everything and when you open the blinds you get a huge amount of light in and the view is of the lovely garden and the pine trees. I've stayed in places where instructions are iffy at best and Terry's Place is the opposite. There are very clear instructions for everything. And their dog, a Bouvier de Flanders, feels like a sheep! She's friendly, but wasn't very interested in me. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Kate and Nathan were great with communication and letting us stay last minute. Gorgeous setting in a warm and inviting neighborhood. The smell of cedar was bright and welcoming when arriving to the guest house. And the craftsmanship throughout was a nice touch. Very clean. Loved the goodies and water dispenser. Thanks for a great stay.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The instructions to find the place were easy to follow and we got inside easily. I asked a couple questions while we were there and the hosts responded quickly and with all the info we asked for. The morning views were as gorgeous as described.
