Beach house vacation rentals in Cagliari

We had a great vacation in this beautiful house! The house is a bit older but very well maintained and we had everything we needed! Everything was very clean and the house is bright thanks to the large windows. Great roof terrace. We made life a little difficult for Carlotta, at first we were hopelessly late and at checkout we put the key in the wrong place which certainly caused her some inconvenience! She was still very friendly and didn't let anything upset her - thank you! Hopefully, we'll be back next year…

We had a wonderful week with family at this place. The place is perfect for recharging your batteries. We quickly felt right at home with our two young children. Their room was great and the game box offered by the hosts was great. The kitchen is well-stocked and very convenient. The bathroom too. We particularly appreciated all the small equipment available (dishes, shopping bags, etc.). The outside is very nice, we found the neighborhood very quiet. And what about the admirable sunrises from the terrace or the living room. Our hosts were perfect. Communication is very easy and the hosting very warm. We just want to add the fact that cats are present around the house and that they like it there. We enjoyed and pampered them, but you just need to know, in case you are intolerant or allergic to cats. A great stay. We highly recommend it.

Our stay at Villa Azurella was beautiful! The beach access to the quasi-private sea was great, the outdoor shower was the hit and in great weather you don't actually have to leave the accommodation. If you're looking for a quiet beach vacation, this is the place to be. Everything important was still easily and quickly accessible. Thank you for everything, we had a great time!

We really enjoyed this place; just a few meters away from an amazingly beautiful beach, great beach restaurant and amazing nature. The place comes with a big garden which offers different spots to relax. Our children loved spending time in the garden. The house itself is very spacious with beach toys our kids enjoyed a lot. It was very convenient for us as well that we could park our car directly on the property. I really recommend this place and would love to come again. Also host and co-hosts were very responsive and friendly!

Lovely house, even better communication with the house managers. Marty and his wife were very nice and helpful with the check in and questions around the house. During check out we even received a little gift which we appreciated a lot.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

A lovely house where you instantly feel at home. located within a beautiful garden with pine forest, from where you can access a small beach (which in September was never crowded). very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet only a 5 min drive from Pula and many other great beaches and restaurants nearby ( but definitely recommend having a rental car). Thanks to Roberta and Mrs. Mery for everything and we hope to be back next year!

We stayed as two families with a baby and a toddler, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is extremely child-friendly and thoughtfully equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. Taty was a wonderful host, always available, and even helped us arrange a hairdresser appointment, which was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful, in a great location, and made us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back. Thank you for everything, Taty!

What an incredible place to stay in Sardinia! The house is not only spacious and comfortable but also has an almost magical garden that feels like a hidden paradise. Its location, right next to the stunning Costa Rei beach, couldn’t be more perfect. Davide, the host, was outstanding—very accommodating and always ready to help. I truly hope to have the chance to return one day. This place made our Sardinian getaway unforgettable!

Anna's home is in a very convenient location both to shops, restaurants, markets, pharmacy, etc., and to the sea, reachable with a very short walk. The house is very clean and has all the amenities and accessories, to experience it as if you were at home. Kitchen utensils, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, beach umbrella and deckchair, air conditioning, and everything you normally need in a home. Anna is also a really nice, discreet and very kind host, always responsive and available, to the point that she seemed more like a friend than a host. Staying with her, in addition to being able to visit the beautiful beaches of the surroundings, I was able to witness, given the proximity to the beach, a wonderful sunrise over a wonderful sea and this alone would have been worth the vacation in Anna's beautiful house. If we return to Costa Rei, we will definitely stay with Anna. Highly recommended! Goodbye Anna…

We enjoyed staying in the beautiful house of Antonio and his family as a group of seven people. The house is equipped with everything your heart desires. We particularly liked the loving furnishings, the great terrace and the pool. We were warmly received from the beginning. Everything was carefully explained and shown to us. Antonio was also available during the stay and gave great tips for restaurants, beaches, etc. Many thanks to you Antonio for the great holiday.
