Really strategic location to visit all the most beautiful beaches from Chia to Costa Rei and the Pietto really close. Friendly and very attentive host to make you feel at home.

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. A treasure accommodation in a great city

Spatious, close to a shopping centre, short walk to the city centre. Comfortable parking.

A return visit to Igino and Agnese. Such a warm and friendly welcome from such lovely people. An ideal place for our family to stay. Grazie mille!

Stefano's place was perfect for our 3 night stay. The train station is a 5-minute walk (the train arrives in 10 minutes from the airport). The location is very central, but also very quiet in a small street Everything was perfect, the self check-in, the instructions, Stefano's kindness and his recommendations, the cleanliness, and especially the design of the apartment. We'll be happy to come back, thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Martinas place, it was super spacious, very clean and the two bathrooms were nice to have. Cagliari is in driving distance from the apartment and the beach is only about 100 m away

Enrico’s place was outstanding. It was a great way to end our 14 day adventure in Sardinia. Close to the pedestrian friendly neighbourhood, Botanical Gardens and Roman Amphitheater- the location is perfect. The apartment itself was spotless and very roomy. Excellent communication with host and his recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend staying here 10/10 !!!

Great location of the house located in the heart of Cagliari, an essential, comfortable and comfortable house for our short stay. We had a great time. Francesco is a great host, helpful and friendly.

A very nice and cozy apartment. We were very warmly personally welcomed and said goodbye by Maria. The location was great. Short distances to the village and to the beaches. The apartment was perfectly equipped. Even umbrella and chairs for the beach were provided. We will be happy to rent this apartment again when we are back in Sardinia. Thank you Maria.

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

Central area of Cagliari, easy to get around on foot, apartment really well cared for and full of every comfort. Area full of restaurants and clubs, still quiet. Unique is the parking lot of the station that is nearby, where you can leave the car, managed by an entity that really steals the money, for the period of stay I spent almost more parking than accommodation. Otherwise, we'll take it back with our eyes closed.

It is a very spacious, bright and particularly pleasant apartment to live in. Ideally located on the first floor, it is easy to access and enjoys a central position that makes it very convenient to discover the surroundings. The neighborhood, really charming, has everything you need just around the corner. Plus, the tree view of the park just across the street is incredibly soothing, adding a touch of serenity to everyday life. The rooms, welcoming and well laid out, create a friendly atmosphere where you can feel at home right away. And then, Anna's welcome was so warm that we instantly felt comfortable. Everything was perfect, and we had a lovely stay.

Roberta is kind and very helpful. Very spacious, bright and above all quiet apartment! Convenient indoor parking space directly in front of the building door. Beautiful park right in front of the apartment!

Simonetta is a welcoming and attentive host. The place is very clean and has a beautiful view. It is well equipped and well located Close to the beaches. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

Had a super nice stay in Carlo's apartment, at the top of the building with a lovely roof terrace and friendly host. Close to the center and the harbor and nice restaurants and bars. I would recommend everyone to stay here

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is at its best with its beautiful modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to night. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, savory sweet, fruit etc. I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we have not tested. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because the south of Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)

The property was comfortable (the bed is very comfy) and well equipped, and the outdoor space is lovely. We had a great time in Villasimius, there are several restaurants and bars a short 10 minute walk away in the town centre. If you rent a car, there is a really good selection of amazing beaches which were some of the best I have been to in Europe. Giorgio (Anna Maria's son) was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay and is a natural host. Just be mindful that the pool opens on June 15th for the season (on the listing it says June - September so this wasn't clear), we stayed the first week of June and it wasn't open which was a little disappointing but nonetheless, we had a lovely time.
