Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Careful studio, clean and equipped with everything you need from linen to kitchen utensils. New, functional furnishings. Very helpful and accurate host. The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building in the center, overlooking a pedestrian street that offers many clubs. To go up to the apartment there is a flight of stairs directly from the entrance door that could be difficult for people with poor walking. Very positive experience!

Luana’s apartment was so lovely. Super easy to access the main road to get in and out of the city for day adventures, easy, short walk to the historic city for restaurants, shopping, etc. They wet er incredibly helpful our entire stay. The bedroom and kitchen open up to nice trees as well - super charming. Would absolutely stay again!

Stefano's apartment was perfect for our 3-night stay. The train station is a 5-minute walk away (train arrives in 10 minutes from the airport). The location is very central, but also very quiet, on a small street. Everything was perfect, the self-check-in, the instructions, Stefano's kindness and recommendations, the cleanliness, and especially the design of the apartment. We'll be happy to go back, thank you!

We were welcomed by Barbara, who, however, only speaks Italian. We figured it out well. She always responded very quickly. The apartment is great for 2 people. In front of and behind a spacious terrace with good furniture. There were also 2 chairs, bath towels and 1 umbrella for the beach. WiFi is good but streaming is difficult. Neighbors are audible but not irritating. The location is very pleasant, just outside the hustle and bustle but at a very short distance to the city center with restaurants, bars, etc. There are also supermarkets nearby. Parking in front of the door is no problem. In short, recommended!

Enrico's place is quiet, but super central, so all the sights etc are in walking distance. The apartment was super clean and looked just like the pictures from the ad. Enrico welcomed us personally, showed us around and even had some sardinian treats and wine ready when we arrived 🤩 he was easy to reach for any questions and suggestions also after that. We'll be staying here again, if we return to Cagliari!

Fantastic location - very central to the heart of Cagliari. Lots of really great restaurants really close by. The host was very responsive and helpful during the whole process and throughout my stay. Would recommend to others.

Central area of Cagliari, easy to get around on foot, really well-kept apartment and full of every comfort. Area full of restaurants and clubs, but quiet. The only flaw is the parking lot of the station that is located nearby, where you can leave your car, managed by an entity that really steals your money, for the period of stay I spent almost more on parking than accommodation. Otherwise, we'd take it again without a second thought.

Great location, able to walk everywhere and spacious. Ideal for exploring the city and eveything was as described. Matteo was very helpful at check in and Laura was always available and very attentive to any questions and great communication. Thoroughly recommend.

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is at its best with its beautiful modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to night. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, savory sweet, fruit etc. I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we have not tested. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because the south of Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)
