Monthly Rentals in Cacia

Very nice location, where unfortunately we could only stay 1 night due to the forest fires. We would therefore like to come back to explore the entire area. The cottage is very nice and has everything. Also lovely seating around the house with a beautiful view of the river. Recommended!

I've been doing an internship at the University of Aveiro and stayed for 3 months in Mário's studio. The studio is modern and new with all the items needed for a long or short stay. It is very well located and in the central region of Aveiro, close to markets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and various sights, it is possible to take all the walking tours. Mário and Frederico were great hosts paying attention from the clarifications to the reservation, during their stay and at check out. No doubt the cost-benefit was worth it and when I return to Aveiro I intend to stay on site.

Alvaro's place is perfect for spending a few days. It has everything you need. Although the accommodation is on the ground floor on a very transient street, the double glazing attenuates the noise. The only downside is parking. I shot 2:15 AM before finding a place. After that, I didn't move anymore. But the city center can be reached on foot in 30 or 40 minutes. So once we find a spot we no longer need the car. In December it is not very hot and the only heater in the studio has trouble heating the room. These are just little details. Otherwise everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we didn't meet Alvaro, since it's a key box system. We would recommend this listing.

Maria7Filipa has a cosy, apartment equipped with modern appliances, a very good bed and a sofa bed, all in a secure building (such that you must turn the apartment door key four times around with a solid final half turn to open the apartment door, thanks to a four-bolt system in the door). The space is an interior apartment, so do not expect to have a view out onto the street as shown in the photo of the entrance, as the two windows in the apartment face the windows of other tenants. The location itself is ideal, a block from Central Canal and downtown, and is within walking distance of all major points of interest, from the old train station (30 min.) to the salt pans just past the highway bridge (15 min.). It is also close to many cafes and restaurants, the public library in Praça Republica, the bus stop, university, medi-centre, hospital, and a lovely stretch of parkway. A very nice place to stay while exploring Aveiro and area!
