This is a beautiful apartment so clean and comfortable. The host is so responsive and met us at the apartment for check-in and was really friendly and gave us all the information about the apartment. The apartment is a two minute walk walk from the bars and restaurants and 3-4 mins from the beach, The apartment has a cafe right beside it and it is so peaceful it’s hard to believe you are the close to the night life. I will be back hopefully sometime in the new year !

Great contact with the owner and keyholder. Oliver even passed the New Year with a bottle of wine😀. A house to feel good in beautiful Spanish style (I don't like the new clean, I don't know). Furnishings with everything you need. Residential area perfect: well inhabited, yet very quiet; walking distance in 15 minutes. Beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Very nice neighbors. Will definitely come back!

An ideal stay for 4 of us on a golfing trip. Great location for bars and restaurants though enough of a walk away to be quiet. House is very comfortable and has everything you would need - perfect. Will definitely stay again.

This review wrote itself as FIVE STARS after we stepped through the door! The hosts, Jesus and Sonia, did a phenomenal job with their communication and providing us with videos of getting keys, into the parkade, and to the local supermarket. Jesus and Sonia provided us with bread, soft drinks, and other refreshing beverages along with ice cream which was a lovely touch. Coffee, tea, and spices were included. The home was well stocked in terms of utensils and had a dishwasher. Their two-bedroom home was spotless. With many features including location, views from the balconies, and the ability to do laundry and dry it in the open air was appreciated as was the outdoor pool which is great for families and adults! Jesus and Sonia were perfect hosts and made sure our stay at their home was welcoming! We could not wish for anything more except for time! We have plans to return to La Zenia and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for taking care of us during our fabulous stay!
