Simply WOW! What an absolutely magical treasure Chris & Benito have created. Every inch of detail and thought are carefully considered to give their guests the most perfect experience. All of our questions were answered before we even arrived. And so promptly. Chris' daily smiles and fun conversations added comfort and warmed our hearts as we navigated this charming little town. Their beautiful place is nestled among the palms with views from the balcony that are breathtaking-even saw a whale! The hike to various beaches, simple strolls through the village and all of our adventures ended with a welcoming feeling of coming back home. Their place truly gives you everything needed for a comfortable, clean, beautiful vistas, good nights sleep, relaxing/lounging, iguana watching, breath of fresh air experience. Thank you so much for sharing your treasure with us. We left with our hearts full, new friends and will certainly return and highly recommend staying with Chris and Benito.

Our family enjoyed a fabulous Spring Break in the villa and in Puerto Vallarta! Mercedes and her staff were fantastic in communicating with us, coordinating our transportation and gracious when there was a delay in our arrival. The home is even more beautiful in person, with gorgeous views over the Pacific, songbirds every morning, and a very sweet occasional kitty visitor named Pumpkin. We took advantage of the option to pre-order groceries, which we highly recommend. The home is a bit outside of the town, but it is super easy to take an Uber. It's worth the drive for the views and serenity. One of our favorite activities was the Botanical Gardens. If you are a plant lover, don't miss seeing them! Thanks so much to Jessica, Mercedes, and the rest of the crew for helping us have such a lovely vacation! We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time in Yelapa in this beautiful home! James was incredibly responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The views were breathtaking and the house was perfectly located. Yelapa was the perfect place for us to spend the week with our two toddlers. Lots of places to explore, animals to see and great food to eat. It was a dream vacation!

We love staying at Garcia’s and enjoyed our short trip to Yelapa. The condo was super clean and the staff is always so friendly. We will be back!

This was my second time staying here, so that should let you know I loved it! My friend and I like having separate bedrooms. We really love the large patio, with hammock and sitting area. The rooftop lounge area is also wonderful, with a view. It’s a short walk to restaurants etc one way and to the beach the other way. Highly recommend!

Yelapa is so worth the trip! As a solo traveler I found everyone so nice and helpful and it was safe! This Airbnb is the perfect location with amazing views at the top of the hill and right in the middle of the town. I stayed in the one bedroom which was the perfect size. I loved the terrace/patio, although not enclosed, no one else used it because they all seemed to have their own. I seriously have no complaints, there’s a rooftop with an honor bar which is convenient if you don’t feel like going anywhere to drink. They also have VERY thorough instructions on getting to Yelapa, restaurant recommendations and the office/excursion kiosk is right in front and if no one is there , a grounds keeper was always nearby. My advice to anyone going is to make sure you have walkable shoes, the roads are uneven in places and I never wore my sandals, I was either barefoot or in my running shoes.

Allens place is a place to unwind, relax and enjoy life. Waking up each morning with fantastic view is unforgettable.

Yelapa is quite a magical place unlike any other and Casa Armadillo was a wonderful nook to escape to. We adored climbing the very reasonable amount of stairs to our treehouse oasis to listen to chacalacas and kiskadees and watch our resident pair of black hawks build their nest. Yes the place IS noisy- mostly with birds, dogs, roosters, music- all the sounds of Mexico. I’m quite noise sensitive, and did use earplugs at night and had a nice time. Did wish I had brought bug spray though… mosquitos were bad enough that now I’m pretty bit up around the ankles. Enjoy your stay here- you’ll be glad you did! And make sure you eat at los Abuelos!
