A fabulous, surprisingly spacious, terraced stone built Cotswolds holiday cottage set in the lovely rural parish of Rodborough. We've been busy with guests since completely refurbishing the cottage in 2011 - exposing beautiful stone walls, opening up the views, letting in more light, installing a wood-burner, and generally introducing modern contemporary comforts we like when we go on holiday. Please note we can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (plus babies).

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax

Can’t thank Catherine enough for being a super host. The accommodation is a hidden gem! Totally private, but in the heart of Stow. Everything on your doorstep. You don’t need to get in your car again unless you want to explore further. The accommodation was perfect for our stay especially as our dog could accompany us. Everything was just as described and it was 10* Highly recommend to other guests❤️

We had a lovely long weekend in Louisa’s beautiful cottage! Everything was perfect! The cottage was very well fitted out and had an amazing kitchen. The courtyard garden was very peaceful and was a real suntrap. The cottage was a perfect size for two couples and it was great to have two bathrooms. All the furnishings and bedding were high quality and we would recommend the cottage to anyone. It is in easy walking distance of Witney centre and has pubs and restaurants just around the corner. We didn’t want to come home!

Absolutely loved our time at Eman's in Minchinhampton. The home is absolutely full of Cotswold character and such a delight to spend time in!! Very Very cozy inside and there are also very lovely garden areas to relax in outside. The beds were very comfortable and it was very peaceful at night. The location is walkable to the lovely village of Minchinhampton and also near all the glorious local walks. Exceptional!

Very comfortable, clean and well provisioned cottage. We enjoyed our stay. Southrop is in a very peaceful corner of the Cotswolds. We enjoyed the Swan pub, local walks, Kelmscott and Chedworth. It's maybe worth knowing that there is a cottage right next door so you may see and hear people right by the windows that run along the back of the cottage and the Gardener has a base in the garage right outside the cottage doors which led to a lot of machine noise and dog barking on a couple of days - though this may have just been bad luck! The weekend was very quiet. Overall, it didn't detract from a very nice stay but I didn't quite realise from the house description.

We had a great weekend in the cottage. It was cosy and comfortable in a quiet, tucked away location. Kevin’s garden is beautiful and will be stunning when all the perennials come to bloom. Had a great nights sleep in comfy beds and the wood burner was easy to light and quickly took the evening chill away. The cottage had everything we needed and the nearby pub The Red Lion was that good we went back a second night. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in David’s cottage. The house itself is full of character, history and so nicely renovated. It’s spacious, comfortable and everything works very well. The kitchen has all you need to cook for a few days. There are helpful signs to help you navigate amenities and practicalities around the house. It’s a really relaxing neighborhood; quiet and private (despite being in a popular touristic area). The beds were very comfy too. Communication was very straightforward. We’ve already recommended David’s cottage to several friends, and hope to come back ourselves. My 80+ old parents found the place perfectly adjusted to their needs too. So only positive feedback.
