Monthly Rentals in Bull Sluice Lake

Just spent Thanksgiving week at Robin’s place. We arrived at night after a long flight. We were happy to find everything there just as described - a very nice 1 bedroom home in a beautiful setting. Her place is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. It’s the perfect place for one or two people. Location on the ground floor made it easy to transfer luggage from the car to the unit. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the walk-in shower. Hope to reserve it again the next time we visit family. Robin is a wonderful host!

Very clean and comfortable! Snacks, coffee and tea and a bottle of wine left out were nice touches. Absolutely clear cupboards and fridge, if that's your thing (if not, know to bring everything you'll need). The screened in porch was nice. A little bit out of the way, but location was clear from the listing. It's an apartment complex. Neighbors are around walking dogs, etc. but it was definitely quiet for us. Locks were easy to use and we felt safe - important for me as I was a mom traveling alone with two kids. As another reviewer mentioned, the outdoors are not fully kept up and the pool was inaccessible and not clean. These aspects are not under control of the host, and due to other reviews not a big surprise for us, but it's worth knowing. All in all this felt like a fantastic deal for a comfortable and reasonably accessible place to stay!

I came with my 4 year old daughter to visit some friends close by and see the surrounding area. This was a perfect stay for us. The space looks identical to the pictures, actually in person it was a bit bigger than I thought from the pictures which was nice. A gorgeous neighborhood around the corner from a Publix, Target, Trader Joes, ton of shops, restaurants and a yummy waffle place. In fact we went to a fun free St. Patty's celebration in the plaza near by. The hosts Darius and Lyrsta were amazing. Great with communication leading up to my stay and friendly in person giving us any info we needed for our stay. I had several friends in the area to show me around, but it was nice that Lystra was available for questions if needed. I would highly recommend this stay, especially if considering moving and want to get a feel for the area. It's a great location and definitely a gorgeous area to stay in. Thank you Hosts for an amazing space you created!

The unit was in great condition, had all the bells and whistles we needed. Neighbors were nice and the complex was great. Abraham was very helpful and quick with his responses prior to booking and after booking. Abraham also offered if needed we could extend the stay which we did need one day extra. We let him know and it handled immediately. Appreciate the great communication. Would book again.
