I will be definitely returning to this place. Zita’s apartment is amazing , the location is great with a view on the danube and gellert hill. It is walkable distance to the center (20min) and to the tram and bus ( 5min) The place was clean, spacious, will all the amenities someone would need (fridge, stove,coffee,tea,…) , the small commun living room between the rooms is cozy and perfect. Zita was very friendly and helpful as well as responsive. She gave lot of directions and recommendations.

Everything is perfect! Zita was very helpful and very accommodating! no matter what you needed, it was all there. The house was clean and fully furnished. The location is great. Everything is easily accessible by tram or on foot. Numerous tips regarding apps to pay and buy any tickets, Zita told and showed us all. The hostess went to great lengths. all in all, clear recommendation!!! Oh yes, there is a dog park right at your doorstep, so if you are traveling with a dog, you are well taken care of. (but don't worry, you can't hear the dogs from the house) 😉

The room is tidy and as described. There is a busy street nearby so it is quite noisy with the window open. It is difficult to get in and out - the reception staff have to open the gate. I couldn't find the bell. It is hard to communicate in English because the receptionist doesn't speak it. But despite everything, we came to an understanding. The price is quite high but compared to other hotels in the area it is at least close to the bus stop. Good for one night on the way to the airport but not for longer because the area is not very interesting and quite far from the city center.

Tàmas & Fruszi are great hosts. Communication was good before my arrival. I had a warm welcome and was provided with lots of information for things to do around. Fruzsi speaks French which was a bonus for me. They arranged to have someone making me breakfast for whatever time was convenient for me. Eating on their terrace is the best way to start your day. I loved their garden & backyard with fruit trees, flowers, pond, chicken & bees. The view from the room is beautiful. Their son is charming too! Thank you for the stay!
