Vacation rentals with lake access in Budapest

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s place with our family! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The kids absolutely loved the selection of toys, which kept them entertained throughout our stay, and the big garden was a perfect spot for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The location was fantastic as well—everything we needed was close by, from shops to parks, making it super convenient for our family. Eva was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.

We had a nice stay at the apartment of Arpad. It was a quiet neighbourhood with the supermarket on a few minutes walking distance. In winter time the apartment is warm and cosy. We went to celebrate the new year in Budapest and it was only a 45 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was absolutely fine, I highly recommend the place! It's a very nice, clean, and baby-friendly place (we got cribs and a high chair, and there were toys for the little ones). The kitchen is well-equipped, clean linens, towels, and cooling and heating air conditioning in November. There was a pipe burst a few streets away on the evening of our arrival, which the owner immediately told us about and came up with suggestions for solutions. Fortunately, it didn't affect the apartment to a great extent, so we didn't have to take the opportunity, but it was very sympathetic to have ready ideas to make our “vacation” as less as possible. Thank you for everything!

We had a super winter weekend in the house. Ideal for 4 families, but more can fit. It could have been even better in good weather, so we couldn't take advantage of the comfortable patio and the stove in the back, but it was still very nice. We highly recommend it.

What a magical place, both the surrounding area and the apartment itself, especially liked the surprise bliss lights outside the window. Near the water, walkable into the old town, and a nearby drive to Vienna, Bratislava, and Hrad Devin. Recommend and would stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Our host went above and beyond to make our trip seamless—he kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was a huge relief given our travel schedule. When our flight was delayed, he even let us keep our bags in the apartment, making the day much easier to manage. The apartment itself is wonderful—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and amenities to make us feel at home. The location is also perfect, with everything we wanted to do nearby. It’s just a 15 min walk to the Hungarian Parliament, and we kept walking past it on our weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful and accommodating host!

The host was extremely helpful, professional, polite, hospitable and friendly. The location is very convenient with great restaurants including Starbucks close by. Good transport links. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very homely. I would definitely book this apartment with this host again.

Adam’s place is a perfect getaway for couples in a really nice and peaceful surrounding.

It is a great place. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minute walk from the public beach. It is absolutely clean, immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. We also loved the interior design. Agnes is an excellent host. She was prompt and helpful. We had a minor technical glitch, but she and her husband went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Overall we were happy with our choice and we would certainly go back in the future.

Great host and a great place to stay even during winter. Janos was very helpful and even let us charge our EV. Great place if you have a car, no problems getting to the city.
