It was so special to stay in Casa do Boco. It really is a piece of paradise. You do have to conquer a small road to get there, but once you are there that is all worth it! The house is full of fun knick snacks, something new to spot every day! And so many beautiful places to sit outside and enjoy the calm nature! Highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I had an incredible 4 night stay at Fernandes's place. His place is very peaceful surrounded by beautiful views in all directions and within very easy reach of the Peneda-Gerês national park (which is totally spectacular). Fernandes is an excellent host, very warm, friendly and hospitable and available for anything you might need. Would definitely love to visit again!

I left a little of my heart here. I loved everything about the home and the land around it. My special places were the top of the old steps for an early morning cup of tea, looking at the view, and the hammock under the lemon tree. Joa brought us strawberries and passion fruit, and gave us a guided tour of the property. We even used our phone torches to investigate the water mines there....
