I’m staying in Laguna Vista for business enjoy every time I return

We had a fantastic stay at Cris' house! The home was catered to us perfectly and I can't think of any reason why it is not the perfect place for you to stay in the area. The beds and linens were impeccable to sleep on. Most places have the cheap stuff but you immediately knew you were sleeping in heaven. The pool was a treat and was so fun to relax in looking up at palm trees. We had a wonderful luau and was the highlight of the trip. Cris was amazing with communication. She was always available and did everything to make us feel welcomed. Check in and out was super easy with clear and simple instructions. I highly recommend this place and will go again in the future!

Overall, great experience! Debbie was super helpful. Things of note: -Pool is immediately outside the condo entrance and is quite audible within the condo when people are using it. There may have been a quiet time posted but one evening folks enjoyed the pool until almost midnight so if peace and quiet is paramount, just a heads up. Wasn't a huge problem for us but it's good to know. -The outside shower is for everyone and is on the outside wall of the kitchen so when folks come back later in the evening (11p, etc.) from the beach, it's easily heard in the condo as well as the talking going on as families are washing down kids and such. -As of 6 Aug, 2024, the road in front of the condo was being torn up and replaced which created some extra noise and dirt blowing around but hopefully that'll get finished up in the next few weeks. Hopefully this feedback will be informative. Would definitely stay again and enjoyed our time at Debbie's condo!

John and Alma’s place was super clean and there were clear instructions throughout the apartment. John and Alma are detailed oriented and it shows with the quality of the place. Would be an ideal long stay for a party of 2-4. We were a little uncomfortable with the house rules. The language was quite broad regarding money owed if “income was lost”. However, we never encountered an issue and would stay here again.

The house is really beautiful and very comfortable. I love that they have everything you need in the house, when you want to cook dinner/lunch/breakfast, all the supplies are available for your needs. This is the best place for family and close friends gathering. I am so pleased and happy to rent this beautiful house and d I will DEFINITELY do it again, this time will be longer stays.

Would like to say first off house was exactly like the photos but upon arriving and staying it was more than expected and would definitely stay again when I come back to the area. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay a lot to do around the area and is close to the island. Host was always responsive with any questions we had and with needs which wasn’t much. House was immaculate and would like to thank Peggy for allowing us to stay at her place.

Beautiful home. Lots of space. My family loved the pool area and game room upstairs so much. Hosts responded immediately. Definitely staying here again in the future.

We highly recommend this place. The host was terrific and the house was stunning. Best kept secret is the private lake overflowing with beautiful birds. We had a terrific time and cannot wait to return again in the future.

Words cannot describe how perfect the stay was! The house was beautiful, cozy, very spacious, and felt like home. Would definitely stay again in the future!

This property is great. Well worth the money. Very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. My favorite part of the stay was reading on the screened in patio each evening. We would absolutely stay again! We had 3 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space for everyone, with the children on an air mattress in the second bedroom.

What an AMAZING location! We loved the area and the neighborhood. Went for a run and enjoyed some great fishing in the bay. The place was perfect, clean and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!
