This place was great since the moment I got there I loved it. It was clean and very organized, everything was labeled so made it so much easier. Had every cooking tool you could think of to cook and baking stuff as well. It’s gated in the back I saw a few coyotes when I was sitting in the patio at around 7pm it was pretty cool also I saw crabs walking around also and bunnies. It was a great place I would one hundred% recommend this place to stay at with your family the beach is just about 15-20 mins away H-E-B is about 8-10 minutes

Excellent Very Pleasant Very cozy and quiet

I wish this property met my needs every time I visited the area. This time it was just my 6 year old and myself - and this tiny house was perfect for us. A direct line of site to the launch facility. My son was able to fish off of the boat dock as well during the days leading up to the launch. The property was exactly as described and pictured. I was not disappointed. All my expectations were met - the view exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this property for any Couple with small children - you could squeeze 4 folks into the tiny house - the upstairs loft is a stretch but worth it to see a launch. I'm a SpaceX fanboy... so. I would do it.

We enjoyed the stay, everything was clean, nice and neat. Everyone felt right at home and relaxed while we were there. I would love to come back.

We absolutely loved this place and David and Josh were wonderful to work with. They gave us extremely flexible check-in and check-out times. The unit is one of four in the same building, but we still had plenty of privacy. The lock was sometimes a little finicky, but could have just been user error. Only one shower, but there is an out door one we used to get most of the sand off. We had seven people for our stay and we had so much space. There weren’t enough blankets for people on the couches, but we had a few of our own so it worked. 3 minute walk to the beach. We would 100% stay here again.
