Delightful home on the river yet secluded and so peaceful. Also hired a day boat for the week which is definitely to be recommended. Loved the area and will definitely be back!

What a beautiful place! A group of the girls got together for my 40th, and we had such a lovely time. A couple of things came up, but things that Lee was so quick to respond to, where possible. We didn’t use the games, or TVs, but they have a great selection of games & a TV in each room. We loved the jukebox & the open layout of the downstairs kitchen/diner/lounge. The place feels very tucked away, whilst also being very central, which is great. The welcome wine & snacks were a lovely touch. Thank you!

Working in Norwich for the week and came across this place last min. Unbelievable space and great value for money. 8 lads and we all had loads of space. Everything you need in the kitchen, with loads of seating and TV. Huge living room with massive TV to relax in the evenings. Little chill out snug with TV and a piano. Importanty the showers and baths were a great size and with great pressure. 10 mins from the city centre, parking for three big work vans and load of extra space. Biggest garden I have ever seen! Will be back 100%

We enjoyed Christmas at Manor Farmhouse! The house was beautifully decorated for us as Christmas, and the house was just perfect for our family of 8 and three dogs! Sherrylyn was the perfect host, really responsive, helpful and no question was unanswered - and she really made our stay, with all the finishing touches thought of. She was even kind enough to allow a few additional members of our family to come round for the day on Boxing Day - meaning we had the perfect family Christmas 🎄 Thank you again! We will definitely return, the stay was just what we needed🥂

We had a wonderful stay at Ruth’s, located really close to the city but far enough that it was very peaceful. There was a lovely walk for us to do with our dog and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were even surprised to find some things left in the fridge for us to make breakfast in the morning!

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

James' place in Stalham has everything you need for a short stay - a bit small for 2, but with lots of well thought out details. Everything was brand new and spotless. Very easy communicating with James who was responsive at all times, and even replaced the sofa bed when he realised there were 2 of us. Stalham makes a great base for exploring North Norfolk and the coast - a few minutes to Happisburgh and great beaches, and Stalham itself is on the Broads - a boat trip is a must

Had a perfect New Year’s Eve and lead up break in this beautiful apartment in the hub of Oulton Broad. Spacious and well equipped and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent check in information. Apartment was spotless & warm. No problem parking. Easy to get to the amenities we required. Myself & my children were very comfortable there.

We celebrated new years here and had a great time! The cottage is beautiful, very quaint and the garden was enclosed and spacious for our dog. Liz was a great host and gave us so much useful information about the area and house. Quality bedding, towels, crockery etc (LOVED the doggy coasters!). There’s plenty to do with only a short drive - city, beach, walks, the broads. Definitely recommend a visit to Horsey Gap to see the seals!

The location is very private at a beautiful location right on the Broads . The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay it was very clean and tidy and was in easy walking distance to the town . We met Sue on our last day and she is very friendly and helpful . We really hope we will be able to return next year .

Amazing stay and the photos don't do it justice! We were three couples and there was plenty of space! I highly recommend staying here. We took a taxi from Norwich which was £36. You can walk into the local town which is around 2 miles away. Surrounded by beautiful nature!

What a wonderful place. I was apprehensive as this was my first Christmas away, but Jack, Kim and Sheelah made it a wonderful for Christmas by going the extra mile, by putting a large table for the whole family to eat together and a Christmas tree.The property was clean in lovely area and great value for money. The cottages were fully stocked with pretty much whatever you needed equipment wise cutlet etc. Nice walks. Wonderful place would highly recommend great for families. Thank you for going the extra mile

A huge thank you to Sarah and Ian, who made our stay a fantastic experience! Beautiful cottage, amazing views and nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, wonderful hosts! The private hire swimming pool is definitely an added bonus! And of course the open fire!

A fantastic and well-finished space with a lovely mezzanine bathroom. Warm, quiet, and relaxing. Lovely bathroom, helpful hosts. We had a great say and will be back!

Peaceful surroundings, use of the swimming pool at the hotel a plus( you need to book and pay), well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds.
