we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Been here a few times. Great locality to walk into Torquay. Good communication with the owners. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Sure we will be back. Thanks so much

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

We all had a fantastic holiday, it was our first time as a blended family and we all had lots of space to both interact together quiet/private time too. The facilities were fantastic for both adults and kids. Overall a great place for a family / large group and a great base for the surrounding area / south coast

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

We stayed for a 2 night stay to celebrate my friends upcoming wedding. Communication with Simon & Charlie was great and they were very understanding and clear in communication. We arrived at the property following very clear instructions and we fell in love instantly! The property is decorated to perfection, perfect for those that like a modern decor. The small pub in the property elevated our stay and is a perfect ‘gimmick’, we enjoyed playing darts! The bedrooms were spacious, clean and with all the amenities needed! Again, perfectly decorated! The en-suites and bathrooms were pristine clean and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. We were greeting with a small welcome box of some biscuits (perfect with a cup of tea!), crisps and a bottle of Prosecco which we all enjoyed! We enjoyed meals at two of the recommended restaurants too, the food was delicious! We are already planning our next get away! It was perfect! Thank you so much both!

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Marks place was in a beautiful part of Devon, the views from the conservatory were absolutely stunning, which I will never forget. I watched the steam trains coming and going and the sunrise and sunset are amazing to watch,The steam train ride is worth doing and the ferry just down the road to Dartmouth is only about £4 return which can all be done by foot or car ferry. The parking which was in the price was a bonus too so I will definitely be back in the summer months. Thank you Mark for a wonderful weekend in kingswear a truly special place.

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Adam was incredibly helpful, and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. I booked Dan’s place for my mother in law and her friend visiting Exeter for the first time. They were very happy with the cleanliness, accessibility of the flat and the excellent location. We highly recommend the flat!

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

I was a long-term guest for 3 months at Mike’s place, and really enjoyed my time there whilst I finished my studies at Exeter Uni. Mike was very approachable and made every effort to make my stay as nice as possible. The place was very peaceful and private, and was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and welcoming to come back to after a long day of work. Thanks Mike, hope to stay again!

Gill was a lovely host. She was very communicative and responded fast whenever I contacted her. She was happy to recommend and suggest things to do and is really helpful. The place itself was really clean and tidy. It has everything you could need to cook a nice dinner or breakfast. There's plenty of utensils, pots, and pans—pretty much anything you could need. The decoration is quite interesting and themed well to the location. There are lots of board games and books available. There is even Netflix logged in for you on the Smart TV! The outdoor area is a fantastic place to be in the evening with the pretty fairy lights while you relax in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Second time staying here with my elderly father for Christmas. Was spotlessly clean with all the kitchen etc utensils needed. The scones, jam and clotted cream was a nice touch as we're the Christmas decorations. Arranged to check-in early at 4pm on Christmas eve. Is about a 15 minute walk from Exmouth station plus is on street parking (parking permit provided by host if needed). Very easy access to seafront/estuary mouth and small marina. Is also a pub opposite (not noisy) that does good food. Are a couple of mini-mart style shops about 400yards away. Exmouth centre a 15 minute walk. Would recommend

Absolutely glorious views with weather just like the pictures. Spotless apartment with comfortable bed, and good quality bedding and towels. We were glad of the steps for getting onto the bed!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

really enjoyed our stay here. the apartment is very secure, being within a compound. everything you need, incl tea and coffee. a stones throw from the high street

The Courtyard is just wonderful, we liked it so much we extended our stay by two days. Furniture and linen was a high standard and Jill had thought of everything. Heating and hot water was efficient and the beds so comfortable. Nespresso making machine, jet bath. Excellent and we plan to be back!

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Fantastic location and a lovely well presented flat made for an extremely comfortable stay. Roz was very helpful and my Mum is now a converted B&B to ABNB future customer.... she couldn't stop talking about the decor and presentation of the flat! Would highly recommend for any future visitor.

Gorgeous house, immaculate and beautifully furnished, everything you need was supplied including afternoon tea on arrival. Short walk to shops, restaurants and train station.
