A dream came true when I finally visited the delightful village of Pilton & Glastonbury area, staying at “The Crown” for a few nights. I mean, a beautifully appointed room directly above the pub for a long weekend, with 'open mike' and friendly staff & locals, who embrace talking to a complete stranger, what more do you want! The room itself was hosted by Owain, who runs the pub & is cleverly situated so that the noise from the bar doesn’t intrude. I was treated to a very comfortable double bed in a large, tastily furnished space, that included a fridge & a decent sized shower room, with much attention spent on detail & décor throughout. It has excellent beers & ciders on tap & great-tasting food (including meat-free options) on offer during lunchtimes & in the evenings. There’s a big pub garden with great kids' play area & car-park at the rear. All in all, well worth a special visit & definitely plan a stay, if you can, because you're sure to find a beautiful jewel in “The Crown”!

Anja was so friendly and great with communication, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. She allowed us to order in food and although we didn't have time to stop for a drink in the bar it looked super welcoming! The only problem we had was to find parking for our van, but got there in the end so wasn't too much trouble!

We loved our stay at The Hog, what a lovely pub! Such a peaceful location too. We stayed on a Saturday where they had a pop-up food stall in the garden which was delicious, and the pub itself was homely and friendly. Proper local feel. The room was a great size, as was the bathroom. We loved we were able to come and go as we pleased. Room was spotless and you could tell it has recently been done up. Would absolutely stay here again if we're visiting the local area.

Our stay at The Blue room was lovely Rupert’s description of the place was very accurate, the room & the bathroom were lovely and suited our needs very well. The whole stay was made all the better by the pub below which was run by a lovey friendly guy called Ian who introduced us y to o all the local customers We will definitely return to this love quirky place Yes it’s a taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle of the city but it’s certainly worth it. Loved it

If you arr looking for just an overnight stay, no frills, Liang's Mansion is good place. We are 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers and there's so much space.

My friend and I had such a lovely weekend staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Bath! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk from the city center and all the main sights. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, with great communication throughout. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home. Would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend to anyone visiting.

This is a wonderful, quirky, Victorian-period small hotel, about ten minutes walk from the centre of Bath. The staff are lovely and they do a first class full English breakfast
