Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Very comfortable place to stay over Christmas whilst visiting family nearby. The hosts are delightful & live next door in case of any difficulties. We didn’t have any problems at all, everything worked & was as described. The surrounding area is beautiful & well worth exploring. We only managed a little running on the nearby v quiet country lanes & a coastal walk & visit to Porthcawl this time but we have visited the area numerous times before &always enjoy ourselves. Grateful thanks for a v enjoyable stay.

Had an absolutely amazing time staying at the Coach House. The place was so cozy! John and Liz were exceptional hosts, making us feel welcome on arrival and very friendly. During our visit we had a tour of the dairy farm by John and got to see lots of lovely calves!

I booked the home for my relatives to stay whilst they were down to attend my wedding close by. The house was beautiful and immaculate-huge spacious rooms-the photos don’t do them justice! The host was kind enough to prepare some treats for my relatives, which I’m sure the kids were thankful for! Would definitely look to book again in the future if we’re visiting around the area :)

This is now the 2nd time that I’ve stayed at Phillips’s place, both this time and the first I’ve found the the location to be great, the property to be clean and comfortable and Phillip is a great host, no issues with communication leading up to it during the stay. The property is located in a wonderful rural location, if you’re into cycling or long walks it is ideal, however still on a very short drive away from the local amenities or even Swansea. I would 100% recommend, and I will certainly stay again. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay and got a warm welcome from Tony. Meadow Croft is cosy and has great views. We had a great day out at the dunes at Merthyr Mawr and and lovely walk on Bwlch Mountian, with the property being a short drive from both. Would definitely return to this property if we were coming to the area again.

Thank you for a lovely few days. Steve was the best host! Very attentive and would do anything to make our stay perfect. The cottage was perfect - very clean, nicely decorated to a very high standard and had everything we needed. A really beautiful place which easily hosted our family of 5. Big garden with space for the kids to play, outdoor seating and very private. Steve was very happy to suggest places to go/eat and ideas of how to get around. Perfect location with Dunraven Bay and Ogmore Beach 5 minutes drive - definitely recommend a trip to Dunraven at dusk! Check in/out was really straightforward. What can we say apart from 'perfection'? We hope to return!
