This is just what it says on the tin. What you see is what you get. Great property with clean spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is clean and has everything you need. Lounge is small but I knew that from the pictures therefore I wasn’t expecting anything else. Everyone in the surrounding area were lovely and welcoming, particularly in the local Pub. The most important thing was the communication from the owner, who responded to any messages instantly. This makes the stay so much more comfortable knowing that if there were to be anything I needed I could get a response straight away. Thanks. Smashing

Absolutely stunning place, met every expectations, will definitely be returning to this apartment. The location was great, near the seafront and walking distance to shops, Trecco Bay, Rest Bay. Great detail in the finish of the apartment has been given 100%. Lovely jesture of a welcome pack containing welsh cakes, elvis drinks (as it was the Elvis weekend), tea, and coffee. Beds and bed linen were so comfy and the bedroom was lovely and so quiet with no passing traffic. Cannot fault this little gem of an apartment. Definitely do not hesitate to reserve. Thank you for our amazing stay. Loved it.

Had the pleasure of staying at April’s for 3 weeks whilst working away, it was a home away from home with everything you could need for a long or short term stay! April was so friendly and responsive with great recommendations for the local area. The flat was pristine, warm and cosy and in a great location - I could not recommend enough! Thank you April, I will definitely be back!

We spent 3 nights with our adult children and their partner’s in this truly beautiful apartment, 6 people in total. Very spacious and open planned lounge, kitchen meant you were always together with some amazing views. Beds also very comfortable we all slept very well. Very dog friendly, thank you. Apartment stones throw from the coastal path which is wide and easy to walk, no big drops so able to let the dogs off lead. No pubs or restaurants within walking distance but for us this was fine as we brought our own and there was plenty of cooking utensils to prepare a meal while watching the wild weather this weekend along with some stunning sunsets. Only downside was packing to come home the time flew by. Thank you

Lee was the perfect host responded quickly and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. The van is really comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our wedding night. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, lovely touch of petals on the bed. Grounds were stunning and I even had a cuddle with the resident ginger cat. Would love to stay again.

Very cosy place to stay with very impressive surroundings. We did the alpaca tour with the head gardener who was very knowledgable about the history of the grounds. Would highly recommend doing this as part of your stay. We also used the hot tub and sauna and again the head gardener was very helpful and attentive to make sure it was a suitable temperature for us.

This property is just perfect, could not recommend staying here enough!!

Lovely weekend break at the coach house. Accommodation was great, perfect for self catering, very comfortable beds with great quality bedding! 15 - 20 min walk to the beach, same distance (in the opposite direction) to the local pub and shops.
