Monthly Rentals in Brewster

This is the 3rd Christmas we’ve spent at the Songbird. It’s perfect for us and our son’s needs. Ann is a lively person who cares deeply about her property and how to best accommodate us. We’ll be back in the spring!

What a *lovely* home. We were two families with 3 little kids from 2 to 6 years old and this house was absolutely perfect for us. From the superb cleanliness to the fully stocked kitchen; the variety of kid-and-family toys to the beautiful, cozy backyard -- we would absolutely return to this house! Fisherman's Pond for beach play and Brewster General Store were just a bike ride away, Provincetown was an easy straight shot by car, and evenings by the fire at home were so nice. We were on the Cape to celebrate my mother’s 98th birthday. This was a perfect place for my husband and I as well as our daughter with our 5 month old grandson.

We have been coming to the cape in April for the past 11 years and the Rooster Cottage is by far the best place we've ever rented. The cottage and grounds were exactly as described and has a very well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and the master bedroom was bright and cheerful with an excellent mattress and plenty of closet and bureau space. Whenever we had a question or concern Dominic responded within minutes. The outdoor space offers privacy and a wonderful patio area with fire pit, outdoor table and plenty of seating. The outdoor shower was roomy with good water pressure and excellent hot water. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you Dominic and Dale for such a wonderful exoerience !
