Beach house vacation rentals in Brewster

Thank you Derek and Tina for being great hosts. I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful house with amazing views of the beach. The house was clean and it's located in a quiet and private area. I appreciated the quick responses to our questions and we're look forward to coming back.

Deena could not have been a more responsive and accommodating host. The house was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach every morning. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see. We visited Nantucket, Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard, but the house would also be perfect if you want to do nothing but enjoy the beach and relax.

This house was perfect for a fall getaway weekend for my family. The owners have done a lovely job renovating--kitchen is gorgeous and seems brand new, the shower is the best I've had in any Airbnb, better than home! The beach was gorgeous, right out the door and we loved long walks with our dogs where we would see barely anyone else. Couches and chairs in the living room were very comfy and we had lovely cozy evenings playing games and watching TV. We will definitely be back!

We were looking for a place to spend the Christmas Holiday together as a family, Jack's place was perfect in accommodating the needs of some very picky people. What stood out for us was having multiple gathering places within the home and outside as well. It is not only private from the neighbors' yards, but privacy was available within the house. The neighborhood is in a classic Cape Cod community of private homes with excellent access to a beautiful long beach, perfect for long walks, summer swimming and both sunrise and sunset views. We found it easy to visit other towns because of its central location on Cape Cod. Jack's place was very warm during a biting cold week. This was a terrific stay for the Cape Cod experience.

Valentina and Alex’s home was perfect in every way. From how clean and comfortable it was to its location directly across from the beach. They were so accommodating and helpful. If you have a family, a well behaved dog, and are looking for a stress free vacation on the beach this home is for you. Will definitely consider returning.

The house was spacious, clean, exactly as the pictures. Drop dead view of the Bay from several rooms. The deck was spectacular and would be perfect for warmer evenings. We walked along the bay everyday and it would be easy to walk/bike to Great Pond in nice weather. It was easy for several of us to work from the house. Eric was very responsive to our l questions and the house manual was very helpful, we would want to come back to Eric’s house.?

Enjoyed time on the cape this Thanksgiving weekend with the ocean as the backdrop at this lovely cottage. The views from the cottage were breathtaking and we watched the sun rise each morning. The cottage was steps from the beach, was clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were wonderful. Look forward to returning next fall.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived we were amazed!! The decor was stylish but also made it very home like!! Which allowed all of us to just relax and have a peaceful night!! Janice was an amazing host and I would for sure go back to her place again!! We wish we could have stayed longer but it makes us more excited to go back the next time!!

This was a great place to stay with a big group for Wellfleet Oysterfest. Tons of bedroom and bathroom space, and the fire pit outside was a great spot for a warm fall evening. Stephanie was a helpful and responsive host.

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

We absolutely loved our stay!! This home, (compound actually with three separate homes) was so beautiful! So much room for our party of 8 adults to spread out and enjoy during our family reunion! The main house is stunning with fabulous views of the 10th fairway of the Ocean Course from the expansive family room and back decks. The kitchen of the home is very large, clean and well stocked. The three and half baths of this home are very clean and updated. The two smaller cottages of the compound are also comfortable, clean and give your group lots of privacy. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and get sun most of the day. This property is truly a gem! Highly recommend!!!

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

Nice private house with lots of bedrooms, a pool and nice grounds. House was very clean. We had a great time with our family. Can walk to a few places in town, but need to get into the car for most. The Dennis beaches were great and just a short drive away. Would recommend this place for families. The house has access to Scargo Lake, which is nice, but it is a bit of a hike down a good-sized hill. Host was nice and responsive to questions.

Very nice house and location, definitely spacious and able to sleep 10 comfortably. Look forward to checking out their other properties when I have less people in our party

Chris' home was clean, bright and very well-stocked. He was timely in communication, and the area was perfect. Beaches, dining and shopping were all within walking distance or a quick drive. It's a great location for taking the ferry to either Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. We certainly hope to return!

This was a perfect location and adorable beach cottage that was perfect for a getaway with my two best friends. It had everything we needed! Really enjoyed it and appreciated how responsive our hosts were to any questions.

We had an amazing stay at this cute unit. It was at the perfect location, conveniently close to the beach and a number of attractions. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was comfortable and felt like home. The host was also very communicative, accommodating, and welcoming!

Excellent home. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Beds weee comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Highly recommend.

Gino’s place was super clean and comfortable and matched the description. The kitchen was well appointed and equipped with all the essentials plus some nice extras; ice cream scoop, corn holders etc…. We were able to have another family over for dinner without an issue. The neighborhood was quiet on a non thru street, but not so quiet that a couple kids running around outside seemed out of place. Gino was super responsive and helpful and we would be happy to stay there again.

We rented both sides of the duplex. It was perfect for us and our extended family a total of 12. The grill was large enough to accommodate enough food for all of us. The back yard was private, had blue tooth speakers and a picnic table with gas fire pit. The location is walking distance to the public beach. Our family had a very comfortable stay and I would recommend this property.

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

Family get together. After 10 hrs on the road, I was brain dead and entered my husband’s cell number and not mine. Paul responded immediately and was kind and understanding of my mistake. Paul’s home was spotless, equipped with all you need to cook a family meal. The beds were comfortable, and bedrooms were perfectly furnished. What you need without clutter. The bathrooms were spotless and there was room for 6 to shower in a timely manner. The entire home is beautifully furnished and decorated but not over done. The upper porch and fire pit would have been our gathering space if not for the NEer that hit the area. I cannot say enough good things about how well organized this house is for the beach and a weekend with the family.

Eric’s place was excellent in every way. We travel to the Cape every summer from Ireland and the accommodation provided this year by Eric for our two week stay was superb in every way. We travelled as a family of parents with adult married children and our stay couldn’t have been better. Lots of places to visit, local beaches for early morning runs, local dining and activities. We know the Yarmouth area well but Eric provided lots of updated suggestions of where to go and restaurants we could visit. The accommodation is new, fresh, and very clean. These are all the things we expect and Eric certainly delivered in every way. The outdoor space was just perfect for lazy days sitting in the sun and evening get together with our family. We all loved it. Well done and thank you Eric.! We will definitely be returning. Best wishes for the rest of the summer season. Siobhan
