Lovely house situated just outside the main centre . Plenty of parking which is rare for Wells. Property beautifully decorated & kitchen fully equipped. Added luxury of an Aga, which was perfect in the colder months.

We had a great time at Rachel's. We loved the location, minutes away from the coast and very close to the town centre with it's many restaurants and cafés. The accommodation was ideal for us, had character and lots of space. We really appreciated the quiet neighbourhood and were also able to walk to the North Norfolk Railway. We love to come back in Spring and explore more.

Perfect stay, couldn’t fault anything. Parking space right outside door. Comfortable bed and sofa, good shower. Well equipped kitchen, with extra gift hamper. Brilliant overall price. Would definitely stay again 👍🏻

A totally perfect spot to explore Holt and north Norfolk. Scott is so good with lighting - might seem like a minor but it really transforms a stay in my opinion! Insanely generous fizz and cake on arrival and all the little touches around the house and so great. Easy heating controls, lovely towels, full TV options. Also it’s so well stocked with coffees and teas. All these things really make the difference. A dreamy weekend.

This was the perfect home from home for 3 generations holidaying together - no stairs for grandparents to fall down and plenty of space inside and out for young people to escape. The house is in a lovely quiet location (excellent for star-gazing!) and has a huge garden plus plenty of parking and a real sense of privacy. It came well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including good sharp knives, kitchen scissors, plenty of pans and baking/roasting trays, tin foil, various spices, etc. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies. Maria thoughtfully provided many different kinds of tea, pods for the coffee machine and even some snacks to get us started! The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. Maria is an excellent host who was always quick to respond and help with everything we needed. And the dog, Tiki, is an absolute delight!

Comfortable, well-appointed and spotlessly clean accommodation in a perfect location for all that Sheringham has to offer. Great set of books and activities for the children as well. Would definitely stay again!

The Poppy Treehouse was perfection personified. Everything was just so. From the bubble bath to the furniture to the crockery and glasses. It is a truly beautiful space set in stunning surroundings. Our girls loved the outdoor bath and our dog was right at home. We went to the Peat Spade Pub for lunch - delicious. And had a couple of great walks from the treehouse. It was so quiet and peaceful and just the break we needed after a busy Autumn half-term.

We absolutely loved our stay in Augusta Dreams, absolutely beautiful lodge, set in an idylic spot overlooking the lake and golf course! We arrived on the friday to a welcome bottle of bubbly in the fridge, we cooked in the lodge that evening and our friends arrived on the Saturday, we had breakfast in the lodge and ate out at The Barn and The Dabbling Duck for the other 2 evenings very lovely, we visited Worzals Garden Centre, Bar and Grill on the Monday and the boys played golf as the course was shut over the weekend due to the weather!! Our friends were just as impressed with the lodge and vista!! Everything we needed was catered for!! The lodge is incredibly spacious, private and very tranquil, even during "Storm Bert", we barely noticed the wind for most of the stay, only the strong gusts were noticeble really!! Marc was very quick in responding to any queries and sharing information!! Thanks again Marc, we look forward to another stay soon!! Nikki, Bri, Kay and Paul from Essex.

Would highly recommend Luka Lodge. The heated swimming pool and pool table were a huge hit with the grandchildren. We loved the open plan layout of the lodge, plenty of space for all 14 of us to be able to be together. Sauna was an added bonus for some quiet time for the grown ups. The 3 days of constant pouring rain did not dampen our fun. Although the children were limited in using the amazing outside play area. We managed to have a tasty bbq, as all under cover. Minor points, football table was damaged (as it was outside and had weathered) and could do with a larger kitchen bin for so many of us. We will definately return as soon as the sun shines again. Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

Absolutely amazing cottage in North Norfolk! Such a beautiful and peaceful cottage and such responsive and attentive hosts this place is a must go! This cottage was by far the best place I’ve stayed at in Norfolk. Flexible check in and out time on request if available .. Andy and Fiona really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Check in was so easy and the cottage was just as described and more! Our little boy adored the cottage and we loved the log burner. We will definitely be back in the summer to experience the pool!

What a gem of a find! we had a wonderful time. The cottage is beautiful, warm and spacious. The use of the spa was amazing - such a lovely spa. Loved the outdoor heated pool especially. Our kids loved swimming in the afternoons. We will definitely be back again and recommending it to others.

We had an amazing weekend getaway with our friends at this beautiful home! The house was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with every essential amenity to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The garden was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing and enclosed for the dogs. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property, which added to its charm. We had another lovely stay in this chalet. Linda is friendly and always responds quickly to messages. The chalet was well equipped and felt cosy and homely - it was the perfect place for my sister and I to spend a few days chilling out together. The on-site fish & chip shop was great as was the nearby Chinese take away. We’re really hoping to stay here again next year! :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lodge was great - peaceful, comfortable and homely. Sophia was always friendly when we contacted her. The lodge was in a brilliant location to explore the coastal path and surrounding villages. Really hope to make a return visit.

A perfect Airbnb! Had everything we needed and more for a self catered weekend at a very reasonable price. The little extras, like treats for our dogs were lovely! It was immaculate and had shops and the beach a short walk away. Would highly recommend and would happily return.

Michelle is a fantastic host. She pulled out all the stops at extremely short notice for me and my little dog after the holiday accommodation I was staying in was no longer fit for purpose. The cottage was lovely and clean, well equipped and had everything you needed, including great quality toiletries. The Nepresso machine is a real bonus too. The mattress was a little too hard for my personal taste so maybe a topper would be beneficial for people who like a softer bed. However the bed linen and towels were top quality. The location was very quiet and great for walking and visiting local beaches. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely book again when taking a break in this area.

Mario was an amazing and welcoming host. You can tell he takes care of the annex, when I arrived it was very clean, smelt lovely and has everything you need. Very easy to get around and I'd definitely book again. The annex was bigger than what it looks in the photos and it's very homely. Most importantly...big shout out to TOBY! The highlight of my two week trip to Norfolk. I will miss him so very much! Thank you mario and Toby for a lovely stay. Id highly recommend to anyone visiting Norfolk.

Woodlands is just perfect…beautifully presented with a great mix of furniture and decoration- I loved the dining chairs and the painting on the wall of one of them…there must be a story there! Altogether beautifully presented with a very homely feel. Quality bedding and super comfy bed. Everything we needed was there. The location is just beautiful..tucked away, but easy to find and so peaceful. The grounds and the forest looked amazing in the frost and wild in the wind..We need to come back and see them in the summer ! Sorrel’s communication has been terrific and instructions to find the property were so clear. She also offered us an early check-in, which was very thoughtful. We highly recommend this property which was great for us-with family visiting for the day, - but would be amazing for a family holiday with little need to go anywhere other than outside! Really cosy cottage with amazing outdoor spaces that seem to go on forever! With the annexes, main house, garden, and field our wider family each had so many private breakout spaces to use without ever feeling too distant from each other. Loads of games and activities for all ages, and the hot tub was a cherry on top. Great hosting, great place, all round fantastic experience.

We have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years and we can say without hesitation that Myrtle cottage is one of the very best in every respect : A great location with a superb local pub on your doorstep and a twenty minute walk to the beach Stylish and comfortable accommodation with every need catered for Warm and cosy thanks to the Aga and very efficient central heating Last but not least Lucy was an outstanding host ,responding to all our enquiries promptly and efficiently and going the extra mile to make our Christmas in Myrtle Cottage truly memorable.
