We had a wonderful family stay here over new year holiday. The house was spacious, warm and cosy. The town was a nice walk to great pubs and shops. The beach is quite a long walk but crabbing on the quay was amazing and walkable. The owner was very helpful and amazing at answering any questions very quickly. We would definitely return!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Little Lodge as it is perfect for us and our dog; clean and comfortable with off street parking and a garden. It has everything we need and ideally located in a quiet road close to all the amenities the town of Sheringham has to offer. Within easy driving distance to other beaches and towns along the north Norfolk coast Little Lodge would always be our first choice to stay. Thank you Rachel, we look forward to visiting again in 2025.

Sonya's place was cosy, clean, and peaceful. We all slept well and had everything we need for our short stay. The pontoon view was lovey in the morning too!

Property is a mixture of architectural and decorative styles with an interesting, quirky character. Good heating and overall facilities with well-equipped kitchen. Only downside with the kitchen was that the oven hadn’t been completely cleaned of grease after previous residents. There are two en-suite bathrooms but no downstairs toilet, so the 3rd bedroom guest will have to use one of the en-suites. Towels and bedding were clean and comfortable. Christmas trees were a nice, seasonal touch. There is a general stores and good cafe just 20m away and an excellent pub/restaurant around the corner. Parking is on-street but not difficult to find a space nearby. There are good walks around the minor roads, farmland and village common nearby. The castle can be accessed with a key obtainable from the stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Parva House was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. It’s a great location as right in the centre of Holt. Scott was very communicative and gave us lots of recommendations for the local area. I’m sure we will be back to stay again!

We had a great stay at number 42. There was 8 of us (2 family’s, 4 x adults and 4 x children) and we found it really spacious. It was very clean and in a great location. Mark was helpful and friendly in his communications throughout. We would definitely return!

Would highly recommend Luka Lodge. The heated swimming pool and pool table were a huge hit with the grandchildren. We loved the open plan layout of the lodge, plenty of space for all 14 of us to be able to be together. Sauna was an added bonus for some quiet time for the grown ups. The 3 days of constant pouring rain did not dampen our fun. Although the children were limited in using the amazing outside play area. We managed to have a tasty bbq, as all under cover. Minor points, football table was damaged (as it was outside and had weathered) and could do with a larger kitchen bin for so many of us. We will definately return as soon as the sun shines again. Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

Andy and Fiona's place was perfect for our weekend stay! Very clean and cosy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was lovely to have a real fire! The cottage feels very private and tucked away. In communication, Andy was super friendly, responsive and helpful :) I'd definitely book to stay again!

The most beautiful setting for a girls weekend away! The cottage was absolutely perfect, and the addition of having complimentary access to the health club and spa for the duration of our visit was a real treat! The communication for the host and the warm and friendly welcome from the spa staff was fantastic. We enjoyed the local circular walk as recommended and booked treatments in the spa, went to Sandringham for afternoon tea which was just a short drive away and found some fabulous places to explore locally! We will definitely be returning, it was a perfect stay in every way!

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

We had another lovely stay in this chalet. Linda is friendly and always responds quickly to messages. The chalet was well equipped and felt cosy and homely - it was the perfect place for my sister and I to spend a few days chilling out together. The on-site fish & chip shop was great as was the nearby Chinese take away. We’re really hoping to stay here again next year! :)

Perfect hosts who made us and our dog feel welcome from the outset. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Wonderful open views at the back of the property where we spotted owls, deer and pheasants. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. Comfy cosy beds and lovely big lounge area to kick back and watch telly or read. Very pet friendly with field at the back for dog to have a walk and a sniff. Everything you could need for either a quiet weekend break or a longer stay. We spent a month at the house and it just flew by. Would definitely want to stay again , village just a mile or so up the road where there is a great selection of small independent shops, a garage and a Nature reserve. It was a perfect break for us , lovely spot, wonderful house and perfect hosts!

lovely little place, perfect for a few nights stay, bed is super comfy foam mattress, so very comfy, only question /comment I have is perhaps a bigger bed, you have the space I would have put a king in as it's the only source of comfy seating too, as no sofa etc . apart from that literally few minutes walk from beach. we will definitely be back. thank you.

Michelle is a fantastic host. She pulled out all the stops at extremely short notice for me and my little dog after the holiday accommodation I was staying in was no longer fit for purpose. The cottage was lovely and clean, well equipped and had everything you needed, including great quality toiletries. The Nepresso machine is a real bonus too. The mattress was a little too hard for my personal taste so maybe a topper would be beneficial for people who like a softer bed. However the bed linen and towels were top quality. The location was very quiet and great for walking and visiting local beaches. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely book again when taking a break in this area.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay and all the amenities just a few minutes drive away, in a good location to visit many interesting places along the Norfolk coast. Mario the host made us feel very welcome with milk in the fridge and a nice sponge cake on our arrival. The garden is very nice with an enclosed seating area and a large grass area behond with mature trees and shrubs, will definitely return in the future

Lovely stay at the cottage, exceeded our expectations

This was the perfect home from home for 3 generations holidaying together - no stairs for grandparents to fall down and plenty of space inside and out for young people to escape. The house is in a lovely quiet location (excellent for star-gazing!) and has a huge garden plus plenty of parking and a real sense of privacy. It came well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including good sharp knives, kitchen scissors, plenty of pans and baking/roasting trays, tin foil, various spices, etc. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies. Maria thoughtfully provided many different kinds of tea, pods for the coffee machine and even some snacks to get us started! The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. Maria is an excellent host who was always quick to respond and help with everything we needed. And the dog, Tiki, is an absolute delight!

Exceptionally well presented and homely property with all the little details in place. The information about the cottage and places to visit / eat at was very comprehensive and up to date. This can make all the difference when on a short break. Lucy made us feel very welcome and was very quick to respond. Highly recommended and thank you.

Once again we had an absolutely delightful stay. A stones throw from the beach across the dunes, you couldn't get a more ideal location for walkers, hikers, beach lovers, dog-walkers and naturalists. The annexe is so peaceful and quiet and the whole place comfy and cosy. The bed was lush, the shower was amazing and the kitchen perfect for a few nights of simple food. Viv was a great host, we felt right at home and will keep coming back for seal season....
