Super cute and cozy loft. The space was beautifully cleaned and cared for and we felt right at home. The view alone from the giant bay window deserves its own 5 star rating. Alexander provided clear instructions on how to check in and locate the property which was wonderful as Rockport can be somewhat hard to navigate if you have not been there before. He also provided very clear guidelines for the property so we never had to second guess if there were any “do’s” and “don’ts”. Overall we had a great experience and we would go back again!

Amazing location close to transport, cafes and restaurants. This was ideal for our stay for the Boston Marathon. A very responsive host helped adapt and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend Cambridge as a central location for a Boston stay and this apartment a very serviceable setup.

My girlfriend and I came to the area to visit Salem in October. With it being such a busy time of year, this was a perfect location for our stay. Walkable location to the commuter rail and also a very short drive as well. We used both the rail and car depending on the day to navigate busy traffic and parking. The treehouse retreat was very nice and well kept, with a large kitchenette, bedroom, and living space. Would return!

This was my 13th time staying in Swampscott (let’s just say if it was affordable, I would have moved there 7 years ago) and I usually stay next door so I knew what to expect from the area and have seen the house every visit so knew exactly where I was staying! It was super clean and modern… a GREAT VIEW! The only complaint was one day there were HIGH winds and the light fixture out on the balcony wasn’t secure so I was up all night listening to it bang off the side of the house! Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about the loft and I obviously have nothing but LOVE for Swampscott, Salem and the entire North Shore Community/Area!

Aaron’s place is just as described & well worth the comfort, location and security it offers. He communicated clearly and frequently to make sure that our stay was pleasant. Water, coffee, tea, cookies, and even ear plugs were provided, and the home has everything else needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Great host, highly recommend!

I love staying in Airbnb's rather than hotels because it always feels like a home away from home. This loft/studio was just perfect. It was private, quiet, clean and comfortable. Tom and Maria were always available if we ever needed anything or help navigating the rail system into Boston. Maria and Tom greeted us and helped carry our luggage up the steps to the loft. Maria showed us around the space, and showed how to manage the heat (if we should need it) and TV. Both of which were very easy! Maria texted after we were there for a while, asking if there was anything else we needed. I couldn't imagine needing anything, since they both thought of everything!! I highly recommend staying here and meeting 2 of the most wonderful hosts ever!

We have stayed in different apartments in this building through Maverick and they have always been great! It's a great, walkable location and a very well maintained building. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Brookline!

If you want a wonderful, quaint space to be your home away from home, this place is it! The atmosphere in the fall is amazing with all the leaves changing and the cool air. Jayne offers wonderful amenities, and it made me happy to hear the horses in the morning. I would definitely recommend Jayne to anyone wanting to stay in the Essex/Boston area. I will certainly be back again!
