Condo vacation rentals in Boston

We loved Kristen’s place. The apartment is comfortable and beautiful, well decorated and extremely well stocked. The neighborhood is amazing: safe, quiet, historic, walkable with a Whole Foods across the street & an awesome coffee shop (Tattie’s) 3 short blocks down. The T (Orange line) is an 8-10min walk and you can walk to the North End in 20ish min, over a lovely bridge/great view of the city. Kristen was responsive and very helpful with our needs. She hangs back until needed but then is immediately responsive. Be aware that the apartment has some items stored in it so it isn’t one of those nearly empty air bnbs. This worked great for us since we were cooking and had absolutely everything we needed! Overall, this place is awesome & we’d love to come back!

Kelly's place was perfect for myself and my husband and two year old daughter. It's a gorgeous and tastefully updated older home. Everything was very comfortable, very clean, and in a great location only a mile or so from downtown Salem and walkable to coffee and restaurants. Kelly was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our visit.

Daniel is my first Air BNB host and I must say it was definitely worth every penny. Daniel was very quick responding when I needed information. His place was everything in the pictures. Plenty of Essential items in the house for use including cooking pans and Towels. Me and My Family of 3 definitely enjoyed spending the holiday there. Thank You Very Much Daniel.

We enjoyed staying at Sunrise Beach. As a “germaphobe” traveling is trying for my patience, but the room was absolutely spotless. The accommodations were exactly what they showed in the pictures and there were even extras like complimentary tea and toiletries and a water/food bowl for my dog! I highly recommend Sunrise Beach - signing in and out was no problem, the Wi-Fi was excellent and the condo was cozy.

Timothy is a wonderful host: friendly, responsive and hands-on when encountering issue with our stay. The apartment is clean, welcoming and professionally managed. My parents and I had a great time staying at Timothy's place for a whole month. Will definitely consider this place again!

Perfect spot for a three day getaway with the pups! Always so appreciative when owners allow pets- in this particular unit was super dog, friendly, including treats on the counter! Beautiful unit and beautiful views - great location and walking distance to everything you need ! The unit is clean and simple, but makes you feel like you’re somewhere special ! We will be back!

I had a fantastic stay at Sheila’s Airbnb! She was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless. I really appreciated the thoughtful extras—extra blankets, fans in the rooms, umbrellas just in case, and a great heating system that let us adjust the thermostat to our liking. I would stay here again!

We had a delightful visit in Somerville. The condo is bright and cheery with three big bedrooms and a large kitchen. Our host Shirley was responsive to anything we needed. It snowed while we were there and by 10 o’clock there was someone shoveling our driveway. The condo is nice because it includes parking and a parking pass, which is key in Boston. There were several nice restaurants and shops right around the corner.

My dear friend MK and I greatly enjoyed spending time in Mary's space. It was cozy and warm, with plenty of soft places to lounge as well as room to move and stretch when we needed it. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and instructions and needs were clearly communicated. There were laundry cards and subway cards provided, which was a very thoughtful touch. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, especially on a snowy evening. Walkable to local bars and train. MK and I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay. Host was responsive when we needed something but never invasive. Location was a short 5 minute drive from town - close enough to be an easy trip but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. Would stay again.

I’m picky and I was impressed! The space was very clean, the beds and linens very comfortable. Many extra touches that I really appreciated. Such as in each bedroom, hooks on the back of the doors, full mirrors, ceiling fans, TVs in each room and easy to use remotes and WiFi access. The kitchen was well equipped. The living and dining space was comfortable and cozy. Thanks Priyanka for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful space. Perfectly described. Lovely and cozy. The home felt much larger than it's footprint and a great place for two people to hang and also find their own space. Parking was simple, as was everything else. Great artwork, too. And, while I did not bring my pup this time, there just might be a next time when she joins. Thank you all around.

Excellent experience overall

Andrew and Ashleigh were super helpful and got back to us quickly if we had any issues. Their directions on parking were clear and easy to read. The space has everything you need for a visit. The space was in a great area with nice shops and cafes in walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to have time together and be comfortable. We did find the chairs at the bar in the kitchen (the only dining space) to not be quite the right height to enjoy a meal or hang out. Gaurav responded quickly to our request for some folding chairs to use at the desk (like a small table) for meals. The place was clean and quiet, but could use a few more things to be cozy. Like lamps - there are only overhead lights. A nice addition was charging ports in the bedside tables and a charging station in the living room.

Philip was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. Great location and plenty of space — exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Jessica's beautiful place! It was so nice and cozy, and the fishpond/fountain out back is so peaceful and relaxing. Jessica was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to visit again!

This was a perfect little place to crash. The bed was really comfortable and the studio was clean. I loved the heated bathroom! There were a lot of narrow stairs to get to it, but that’s pretty typical for a New England house. I loved having a parking spot! That was amazing. Toby and Quinn were very responsive and helpful. Great location with grocery store, restaurants and yoga studio close by. Amazing shower and comfortable beds made us feel right at home. Parking on the side streets was never an issue for us and we felt very safe when retuning to the area at night. Will definitely stay at Veronica's place again when visiting South Boston.
