Vacation rentals with beach access in Borough of Swale

We loved everything about Chris's flat. It has been beautifully refurbished and is both stylish and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very at home. It was perfect for us (a couple and a 12 year old). The absolute bonus is the direct access to the beach through the pretty communal garden. The flat is also very private. We could have easily stayed for longer and will definitely be back. We also enjoyed discovering Broadstairs (loads of lovely cafes and restaurants and beautiful buildings) and the fantastic coastal walks from the doorstep. Thank you Chris for the excellent information.

Lovely, perfectly located. Fabulous restaurants & bars in easy walking distance. Very clean & new, great shower. We’ve loved Deal & will be back. So many really great restaurants, but would definitely recommend breakfast on the pier as a finale.

It was our first time to try airbnb and we had great experience. We really liked your flat. It was very clean, organised, and especially the location, there was a great view of the sea from bedroom and living room. Also, near to the train station. Kitchen amenities were complete as listed and advertised. We are looking forward to stay again in the future.

Great little flat close to the beach and a short walk from town. Very quiet and peaceful. Possibly could benefit from a solar light or similar in the porch as if like me you arrived after dark it was a little difficult to see. But a great stay.

Great place, very close to everything Deal. Minutes from Castle and high street! Perfect place with everything, well stocked kitchen. As mentioned in other reviews shower is a little variable in temperature, and settee isn't particularly comfortable. Aside from that very nice. Sally was very helpful with everything.

Stunning views and amazing sunsets, great and responsive heating which kept us all cozy during a freezing storm. Really social space to enjoy with family, very comfortable beds, and lovely flat walks along the coast in both directions. If we were to stay again we would bring less bags or use wheeled cases as arriving and leaving requires negotiating a couple of locked entry points from the car park and taking the lift to the top floor which is absolutely worth it when you get there, but possibly worth knowing in advance, or if you have limited mobility. On the plus side this level of security is comfortingly safe, and once inside everything completely on one level. Such a lovely place to stay in all weather’s and a really great place for family to celebrate a special occasion.

We spent nearly a week at Alex's house with a group of 8 (4 adults + 4 kids), and had a great time. The house is really unique and well appointed (including the tunnels, which our kids loved exploring), and the beach is literally across the street. Everything was clean and well looked after, exactly like the listing. Alex is a great host, very responsive throughout. Thanks again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Robert’s Beach House! The location is perfect—right on the coastline with stunning views out to the sea that we could never get enough of. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and so well-maintained, making it a truly relaxing space to come back to after exploring. It was also an easy walk into town, 15 mins, where we enjoyed some lovely restaurants and mooching around! Having underground parking was such a bonus, especially during Storm Darragh—it kept us and our car safe and dry! A big thanks also to Fila, who greeted us when we arrived and was so helpful on our stay. If you’re in the area, we highly recommend grabbing breakfast at the Bus Cafe; literally a 5 minute walk from the apartment, it was the perfect way to end our last morning, enjoying a delicious Bacon Focaccia and coffee with more beautiful views. Thank you so much, Robert, for a fantastic stay! We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely location, walking distance to the beach and The Gallivant hotel. Ample parking and spacious accommodation. Great entertaining space with an open plan kitchen, dining and seating area. Wonderfully light and bright due to the big glass windows.

We loved our stay at Greatstone, well equipped comfortable home. Lovely to step out and walk on the beach. Plenty to do within short driving distance. Rye is lovely. Excellent well stocked spar along the road.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Sam’s property where we had a gentle and very special celebration for a friend’s birthday. 13 of us stayed in the house - all adults. The house was beautiful and immaculately presented - the location with easy access to the beach was perfect! The additional sleeping areas of the airstream cabin and the white cabin were excellent. As 13 women together we did a lot of cooking! I have to say the kitchen was brilliant - amazing oven, 2 big fridges a separate freezer and everything we needed to cook (sometimes this is not the case with Air bnbs and I take my own knives etc) It was a fantastic set up in the kitchen and the space was really well thought out. The little seating areas and book books around the space were so wonderful - lots of little break out areas to chat and read in the sun This was a really special weekend for our friend and we feel like this was the perfect space to have been in. Thank you so much. We won’t forget it x

Barefoot was welcoming and very family and pet friendly, we stayed for the weekend and had an absolutely amazing time. The fire pit, African drums, comfortable outdoor chairs and dining table, clean towels for both the beach and showers. We had such a good weekend, the weather was amazing and so was the beach house more than i would expect the facility's really are amazing everything you could possible need including drinks fridge, coffee machine with pods provided, dishwasher tablets, washing machine literally you need to take nothing but food and drinks. The best Air B and B I have stayed in and would definitely go again. Thank you Mark for sharing your beautiful family beach house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Whitstable! The location couldn't have been more perfect – less than a minute from the high street, and with everything we needed within walking distance. It made exploring this charming town so easy and enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, immaculately clean, and so thoughtfully set up. We didn’t need to contact the owners at all because everything was so straightforward and well-prepared. They even left a lovely selection of teas, coffee, snacks, and water for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly welcome. My wife and kids absolutely loved it here, and we all felt at home from the moment we walked in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again – highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Whitstable!

This is our second stay and we will definitely be booking again. It’s just perfect in every way & the little touches left by the hosts is just fabulous. Highly recommend

We loved our stay at Melody’s flat, even with the storm this weekend! It was cozy, had all the amenities we needed and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Margate. Melody was a thoughtful and responsive host, would highly recommend!

Our stay at Samantha’s place was truly amazing. We have such a beautiful time. She had reached out earlier before our arrival to confirm our dietary needs and to our surprise, she made ample provision for all we could think of. The goodies in the kitchen were numerous and allowed us to enjoy our stay from the moment we arrived, and up till we left we had no reason to look for a convenience store. The apartment was spotlessly clean, smelt nice, had a gorgeous view of the ocean and we could watch sunrise and sunset from the fully glass windows and doors. Samantha was very pleasant, warm, responsive and friendly. Will definitely recommend and return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bexy’s place in Margate. It’s a beautifully decorated space with a view of the beach. It was right in the centre of Margate and 2 mins walk everywhere, but still very quiet. We got some nice recommendations for restaurants, cafes and bars as well which was very helpful! Would recommend :)

Really great stay at Coco By The Bay. The place is appointed really nicely and has much bigger floor space and lovely high ceilings than the pictures can show. It was immediately very homely and although I was worried about it being cold in the winter weather, it was very cozy. The thermostat was set prior to our arrival and therefore was always warm to come back to after the countryside or across the road on the beach. Angela had got the place warm, clean and ready for arrival, so this was welcome after a long journey from 'up North'! Communication was EXCELLENT- very pro-active with clear check in and check out instructions. Decent wifi connection and kitchen well appointed for longer stays. The coffee machine was very welcome from my point of view- felt like a high end hotel suite! Also, the use of a comfy sofa bed was welcomed due to my snoring! Very romantic main bedroom with feature fireplace. Blinds might be welcome for lounge windows and cobwebs removed around windows but minor
