From the moment we arrived, June made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the property was as described. The space was stylishly decorated and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. We particularly loved the cozy living room which made it feel like a home away from home. June was always available to answer our questions and provided excellent service by letting us to check in early. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the front yard for all day sledding! The house was spacious - perfect for our four families! Most importantly, the hosts were super friendly and responsive to any questions we had! We will definitely be back to enjoy the river in the summer!!

This house is perfect for travelers. It has everything you need and all the stuff you forgot to pack for your trip. The house is spotless, plenty of good quality linens, bed rooms are of ample size, the WiFi was fast. We didn’t use the game room but it did look fun! The location is handy and centrally located near shopping and downtown. Highly recommend!

I was in town for work and this spot was in the perfect location. Easy to get wherever I needed to be in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Brooke's place is home away from home! So quiet, peaceful, spacious, safe and very comfortable. Just loved the goats and enjoyed feeding them. They just come right up to you. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again if available on my next trip through. Thank y'all for EVERYTHING!! ☺️

Amy’s place was just what we were hoping it would be for a place to stay during a two day ski trip to Beech Mountain. Listing was just as described. Amy very friendly and helpful.

Linda and Lucas were amazing hosts. Place was super clean and looked just like the photos. Organic hygiene products and awesome projector! They were proactive during the winter storms and the steps were cleared daily and salted! Will stay again!

The apartment is very nice! You only have one neighbor who is pretty quiet. Make sure you read Mike’s instructions (unlike us) and it’s super easy to find the apartment and get inside! The little downtown of Morganton is two blocks away which made it perfect for a relaxing walk.

This was our second time staying at the Green Nest. Again, it did not disappoint. I highly recommend. We will be going back.

The apartment was very comfortable and worked for our needs. It’s my husband’s hometown and was close to the people we weee visiting. Cheryl was always helpful if we needed anything.

This place was perfect for our small group of 4, we came into town with my college age daughter who plans to transfer to ASU next school year to check out the campus a little more, go to a game and see some off campus housing in the area. We almost didn’t come because of the winter weather that came in Friday but I am SO glad we did, this place was perfect for us to walk when we didn’t feel comfortable driving, was so close to everything and was quiet and just what we needed.

Jaime was the perfect host. Very sweet and down to earth. The apartment was pristine. I thank her greatly for allowing us to stay there.

It was such a beautiful place. From the decorations and layout of the condo. To the view of the grandfather mountains. I absolutely loved it here. My family and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was exactly what was shown in the photos. The view was beautiful and there was easy access to the ski slope. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed using the hot tub in the clubhouse!

We had an excellent stay. The property was as described and came with everything we needed. With a short stay we didn’t use many amenities of the resort property but we were able to enjoy s’mores at one of their bonfire nights with our children. We would recommend and stay again.

David and Jennifer’s place was a perfect place to spend a long weekend full of skiing and mountain fun. Perfectly located to the local amusement of Beech Mountain, it was easy to access Beech Mtn skiing, as well as restaurants and groceries options. The property is clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with all cooking tools (i.e. toaster oven, air fryer, waffle maker, microwave, coffee maker, etc.)-bring your own condiments, aluminum foil for baking sheets and lighter if you want to use the cozy fire place (you can purchase fire wood 3 min away at Fred’s Mercantile). Our family of 5 fit very comfortably. Added bonus, if you go in the winter months, the house has a couple of sleds that we used to sled down the hill in the courtyard of the condo at the bottom of the complex steps! Beautiful property, can’t image in how nice it would be to use the spacious side porch. Next time!! Thank you for having us!

This is an amazing house to stay in if you are skiing at Sugar Mountain. First, the location is so convenient. We never got in our car and walked back and forth to resort every day. Second, it has everything you need and appreciated the extra touches like paper towels and other staples that we did not have to purchase. Third, the hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home does need some things fixed like the disposal and the railings for the stairs and little things like (and I understand they are fixing disposal) that but did not detract from visit at all and would stay here again. And that’s why I still give it a 5 star review.

We had a great time, the location was everything we hoped it would be. Zuleika was very responsive to my few questions. Will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect, our family was very comfortable and lots of space. The condo was clean and exactly as listed. The location is beautiful and very safe. We will definitely be going back during the spring
