Monthly Rentals in Bonny Doon

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa and Steve were great hosts and very helpful. They were not intrusive at all but made it clear that they were available if needed. The few questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The house is very well appointed, lovely decor and specifically, I loved that it was furnished and decorated with matching furniture and colors, art, towels, and cookware. Some places are just a hodge podge of household cast offs. Lisa and Steven put a great deal of time and effort in creating a charming hideaway. There were pet towels and sheets available for Maddie, our yellow Lab's use. We really appreciated that. The location was nice and quiet and mostly easy to find (I would suggest finding it in the daylight first) but once we knew where the turn off was it was easy. Groceries and other necessary stores were close by. The patio / deck with fire pit was lovely for wine, snacks and conversation. Great stay!

We had the most wonderful stay for my husband's 40th birthday! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The serene yard was a true highlight — we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi, enjoying the outdoor shower, and spending cozy evenings by the fire pit. It was the ideal getaway for parents needing a peaceful, quiet retreat. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay again!

My 4th time at the yurt, and it's still beautiful and rejuvenating. Peter is so welcoming and quick to respond -- he helped setup the outdoor heater in a few minutes of me texting. The outdoor grill works great for marshmallows too :) and the indoor conv oven always gets it right. It's very peaceful with the surrounding redwoods and bird song, while still close to beaches. Davenport Roadhouse, Whale City Bakery, and Beauregard Vineyards are all good and very close. I highly recommend booking the place. I've never seen another yurt done up as well as this one.

These hosts are SO nice and it is really such a pleasant and well maintained property in a beautiful location. the kitchenette works very well with a better working hood than many rentals with a full kitchen!
