Thank you Alexis (and Terry) for a fabulous stay! We really enjoyed spending some quality time in the annex alongside some time at places nearby. Such a beautiful annex with everything you need, from towels, bed linen, coffee/tea, pasta, brioche, butter, milk - all sorts! You can even buy their own homemade produce! A very special touch to receive a gift as this was for our Mini-moon! 💕 Our first printed photo in a frame, a box of chocolates, small bottle of sparkling rosé, some balloons, and even a welcome sign. Friendly hosts, brilliant communication, and a fabulous taste in music (Pavarotti) - I hope the men enjoyed their time in Germany. Great apartment, clean and comfortable with all the mod cons. Really conveniently located for the town, ferry, IOW & Gunwharf Quays. We stayed over the Xmas period whilst our house was being renovated. The space was more than adequate for us with extra family staying for a night. Both showers work great, the towels look and feel brand new and the beds were comfortable with lovely linen and pillows The hosts had thought of everything to make it home from home. One minor point, the lounge setup isn’t very relaxing. Really beautiful 2 seater sofa with 2 separate chairs but they weren’t very comfortable to sit on. Not the end of the world but just surprising Looks lovely and in keeping with the style of the room - but it could do with a big comfy sofa!

Laura’s place is close to the historical and shopping area of Chichester and within easy walking distance!! We appreciated Laura’s flexibility as our schedule was uncertain. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Marie was such an accommodating host, and so thoughtful! She proactively asked if any children were coming, if we needed any special requirements, and even left an Easter egg along with goodies for us on arrival ❤️ The apartment is very close to the station, but very peaceful inside. Felt at home right away. Plenty of games available - kids loved their first taste of Twister! Thanks again!

Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

Sally was a super host. She was friendly and always replied quickly. She was especially helpful in obtaining parking permits for us which was great. The flat was lovely. Light, airy and spacious. It was our sanctuary to come back to each evening. If we ever do come back to Worthing we would love to stay there again.

The apartment was very conveniently located from the fast jet and had everything you could need. It was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place! Karol's apartment was cosy, bright, and spacious, and spotlessly clean – a truly comfortable stay. The incredibly convenient location, right by the station and a large Tesco, made everything easy. It was a wonderful base for exploring Portsmouth. Highly recommend Karol as a host and this very nice apartment!

We had a lovely stay at Andy’s place. Andy was helpful and communicative. The place was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The Annexe is compact, light and airy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there are many thoughtful additions that made it feel like home from home. Great to have a secure place for our bikes and easy roadside parking. Nigel and Shirley were very friendly and helpful, and respected our privacy too. The location is peaceful with beautiful Downland Walks on the doorstep and 2 miles to good value parking on the seafront. We enjoyed a very friendly Park Run at Lancing.

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

very clean and easy to keep clean; totally practical with all basic necessities; comfortable and inviting; we were there in the winter but the private garden with seating would be a lovely bonus in the summer months.

Great location in the old town with easy walking access to Portsmouth and Southsea. Our host was great at communicating in advance and checking in by messages on arrival. I can confirm the parking space is accessible - but it takes patience getting into it - much easier when you leave though!

We had a great stay at Helen's place while viviting with friends who live in the neighborhood. We'd rent the place again, anytime. The small downtown area is within walking distance which made our stay eben more enjoyable.

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

I had a fantastic stay here while working at a nearby theatre production. The location was ideal – just a short distance from the venue, making it incredibly convenient for late finishes and early starts. The property itself was clean, cosy, and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. It was peaceful and well-equipped, with everything I needed to feel at home. My dog was also brilliantly catered for, which made the stay even more stress-free – it’s not always easy to find dog-friendly places that go the extra mile, but this one really did. The host was welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling for work with a four-legged companion.

Charlottes apartment exceeded my expectations, for the price I paid I am more than happy with what I got! I will be staying there again when I next visit! Highly recommended a stay here however long your stay ! Thank you so much
