Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Blount County

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. We spent a wonderful week with with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. We were able to make dinner for 8 of us 3 nights and have our morning coffee overlooking the Smoky Mountains. We even had a big black bear visit our back yard.

This house was very comfortable for my family. It fit 6 of us exactly how we needed. It felt clean and fresh when we came in, comfortable common spaces, and a downstairs family room that my teen loved. Karla was very responsive to all questions and accommodating to us. We had a minor issue opening the front door at a late hour and she responded and resolved the problem immediately.

Enjoyed staying at the Farm Cottage. It was nice finding a peaceful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Knoxville. Everything was very clean and efficient. Kitchen had all of the basic utensils and items needed to prepare meals (appreciative of the newer crock pot). Beds and couches were plentiful and comfortable. Check in was flexible and easy (ended up getting there much later than expected). Stanley was responsive both before, during, and after the trip. Would highly recommend for a country repose when visiting the Knoxville area!

This home had everything you could want and more. We arrived to soft lamp light and music playing. The house is decorated so warm and inviting! It’s on a quiet street with a really nice back yard.

Second time we've stayed in this fantastic spot in Concord. Margaret and Peter were great hosts, the place itself is fantastic and peacful with nice views of the lake, and the town of Concord is a gem!

He was extremely helpful getting us safely out of the snow storm and allowing us to check in early even though he had to rush to get everything clean. He even let us show up before he left. We were grateful to get off the icy roads!

Aya is a great hostess. The house was pristine and very comfortable. Quiet residential neighborhood 10 minutes from the airport with no traffic. 20 minutes to the University of Tennessee. I already plan to stay with Aya on my next trip. Great value overall!

The place was clutter free. Which is so helpful when traveling with a very active, curious one year old. It was as baby proof as it can get! I usually don't love our child walking, crawling, laying on floors in airbnbs/hotels but this place was so clean I didn't mind it as much letting our child to play on the floors. Beds were comfy and sheets/blanket were too. Everything was great. We all enjoyed our stay there. When we come back to Tennessee, we hope this place is available again! Also the communication was great. We loved the details on where to park, what to expect, etc.

Very cute BnB, close to several restaurants and bars. Walkable to all w/lot of history and great scenery via Green Beltway. Host is very responsive (almost immediately) should you have questions of area.

I was worried about it being a duplex. I didn't meet my neighbors but my son did and others around us. Very nice people. The place is very homey-feeling and so close to everything especially my family that lives nearby. It was peaceful staying here but close to so many things. I loved the 2 bedrooms having their own bathrooms. The closets in the bedrooms were HUGE! The whole place was amazing for my crew that stayed there. It was very nice having the convenience of a washer and dryer. The kitchen had a lot of kitchen ware, dishes and cups/glasses to use. I could go on and on, but there aren't enough characters left.😃 I believe anyone would enjoy their stay in this very clean place.

Our family has stayed at this property several times now, and each time has been great. The environment is country quiet - we love to sit out on the porch and read (the porch had a beautiful replacement done just before this visit). The space has everything we need and the hosts could not be more lovely and accommodating. We will continue to choose this property when visiting our daughter at UTK. Thanks for another great stay!

Mountain Blessing was honestly a true blessing. The best place for us to spend our New Years & welcome in 2025! Miss Gloria was quick to respond to my inquiries & made us feel at home. I'm OCD & everything was perfect. Such a beautiful quiet town for myself & my husband. Close enough to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge for our boy's entertainment. It was the perfect balance. The condo is located close to shopping, family owned restaurants & businesses, which I LOVE! No matter which direction you're heading, you will drive thru the gorgeous Smokey Mountains. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly. We look forward to visiting in the Summer or Fall for our next visit.

Im so happy and thankful, I was already in the area, I made the reservation for the same day, I was with my daughter after a long day we really needed some rest and Pam prepare the place in less than 30 minutes so we can check in, she left some banana muffins there for us, everything there was perfect, it has everything what you need and more

Both Christine and Al were amazing from before check in rite up to check out. Extremely responsive with any questions we had arise. Their place was very clean. They have poured their hearts and souls into making these adorable homes away from home and you can tell instantly when you open the door!! The kitchen was also well stocked for any basics you would need. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the area and do yourself a favor don’t skip reading the house rules!!! EPIC!!!

Honestly such a great place. It came with a lot of amenities we didn't know we would even need and it was so handy. They really made sure we had everything we needed. Plus the easily marked entrance and private parking spot was pretty nice. The price was really great for the space. The location is great too, being like a 2min drive from waffle house and gas stations, like a 7 min drive from the airport, and on the outskirts of Knoxville. The TV in the bedroom and one in the living room was so nice too so we didn't have to argue with the kids on what to watch at the end of the day lol.

It was a beautiful place and I would highly recommend it!

Perfect little condo for our stay on the peaceful side of the smokies. The neighborhood/subdivision sits up on a small hill and the view from the front door is gorgeous. The area was quiet and very well maintained. The condo itself was very well kept and had everything you’d need. Decor is beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

It was our second time to stay here. Quiet, not all the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to attractions when you want to.

This stay was an absolute dream! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, providing all the information we needed and even some fantastic local recommendations. The property itself was immaculate – clearly extremely well-maintained with every detail thoughtfully considered. It felt like stepping into a home away from home, with all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. We can't recommend this Airbnb enough, especially if you appreciate top-notch hospitality and a spotless environment!

Wonderful place. The views from the balconies are beautiful. The place was as described, clean and not a lot of clutter. The kitchen had lots of counter space. The location was fantastic. Grocery store, restaurants, downtown and the greenway located with a half mile. The host was proactive, friendly and responded quickly. Definitely on my will stay here again list.

Mill House at Pistol Creek was exactly as described and shown. The place was quiet but close to restaurants in the downtown area of Maryville. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. The host Matthew was very easy to communicate with. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed the location of the condo. Very private but close enough to not feel too isolated. We enjoyed the slower pace area and could quickly be in town in minutes.
