Vacation rentals with a kayak in Blount County

We came down to jet ski on the Tennessee River. It was the perfect place and location. Very spacious accommodations for our group. Jes was very responsive to our concerns and was a great host. Beautiful view of the river! The host provided everything we needed!

No complaints at all. Exactly as described and very friendly. I would definitely recommend and would give them a call again in the future if I'm in the area.

A beautiful house and surroundings. Everything you could want was in the lake house. Spotless and homey. Just perfect!

We rented this home for my son’s wedding. It served multiple purposes. We used it for the rehearsal dinner. Then the bridesmaids and groomsmen had a place to stay together the night before the wedding with plenty of comfortable beds and separate spaces. We then had the most perfect ceremony on the dock complete with two swans floating by as it started. Then the beautiful parking area served as our reception. We could not be more pleased with how it turned out. Terry and his wife were so helpful every step of the way. We are forever grateful and absolutely could not be more pleased. 10/10 recommend! Thanks to Terry and Brenda for sharing your beautiful home with us!

David is a very responsive host and accommodated me so well while I stayed there. I’m a travel nurse and had to work night shift for the first time in almost 4 years. He did his best to ensure the window didn’t bring too much sunlight, gifted me extra sheets if I needed, communicated thoroughly since I work 7p-7a. Would definitely stay there if I needed to again!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at her cabin. Fully stocked as far as cooking utensils, coffee pods, and a full sized kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, even conditioner. Michelle was an awesome host, gave us clear instructions for finding the place, very proactive with telling us what we needed to do upon checkout with the linens and towels. Cabin’s amenities were exactly as described in the listing. No surprises except I didn’t expect the scenery to be as beautiful as it was. The area has other cabins but you have plenty of space between them to not feel like you’re crowded at all. Easy to find location, google maps brought us right to the driveway. Would definitely like to stay there again this summer.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, updated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sandi was incredibly polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was exactly what we were looking for - private, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway but still easy to get to Knoxville. We highly recommend this spot and would love to stay again!

This place is simply spectacular! I couldn't imagine finding a more charming home to stay at while visiting the Smoky Mnts. The ever-changing view of the sun rising over the mountain range each morning held us in total awe and gave us every excuse to refill our coffee cups and delay whatever plans we had for the day just a few minutes more. This cozy cabin had enough room for our party of five to properly relax and enjoy our time together with sufficient privacy when it was time to shuffle off to a quiet room for bed. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve a large meal when we weren't in Maryville or Knoxville for dinner. Outdoor amenities like the firepit, front porch, and the hammock swing chairs below each provided somewhere new to lounge and take in all of the beauty of the nature that we were surrounded by. Amanda & Bo were the most accommodating and gracious hosts, easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We will be planning our return trip hopefully soon!

The place was gorgeous! The view was great. More than enough room for our larger group.The kitchen was great it had everything you would need. If we had any questions or concerns we heard from Mindy right away.. I wanna say probably the best part for all of us on this trip was seeing all the bears that strolled through!! Definitely would go back again!!!

Shawn's Cabin has all the comforts of home and many, many extras. Snacks, coffee, condiments, microwave, oven, extra blankets, flashlights, games, shamoo, soap, and puzzles. A well done lake side Paradise to escape the real world. Thanks for an Awesome, relaxing, experience!! Rick & Kim
