Our family absolutely loved our Christmas farm stay. The property was beautiful, and our toddler loved interacting with the farm animals. We especially appreciated the toddler amenities because that meant we didn't have to pay extra to check those items with our luggage for our flights. We also loved the special touch of the house being decorated for Christmas. The location was nice in that it was far enough outside of town to be quiet and peaceful, but also conveniently close enough to grocery stores and attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

There aren’t enough stars to rate this spectacular cottage the way we would like to. The home is so beautifully and tastefully decorated and makes you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. Amazingly CLEAN and comfortable and stocked with all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. Set in such a peaceful and serene setting in the woods. Appreciate the southern hospitality and great communication with the host. Thanks for sharing part of your homestead with us. We would love to return to this property again 💜

Smoky Mtn/Townsend home w/firepit & river access

Our little family stayed in this lovely cottage for New Years week. It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and really appreciated all the accommodations. Jennifer was nice enough to provide an iron a few hours before our check in. We had everything we needed and more. Totally felt at home. The Cottage has a very charming history and we all around really enjoyed our quite safe stay next to the beautiful river away from the packed areas like Pigeon Forge and Gatlingbug. The drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was quick and super enjoyable with lots of different things and restaurant to explore on the way. Book it! It will be unforgettable!

“Memaw’s” A Mid-Mod Smoky Mountain Farm House

We loved our stay at Memaws! House was beautiful and very clean. Host was very responsive. We had 2 families together for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. Would definitely stay next time we are in Maryville!

One of the coolest Airbnb stays I’ve had in East TN. Only 30 mins away from Neyland Stadium. Great restaurants close in Maryville. Incredible views of the lake and highly manicured grounds. The cottage has high end finishes and well appointed. Friendly hosts!

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

Amazing place to stay! If you want to feel like you are back in history , you will love this place . The home is immaculate considering it is an older home. The hot tub was very exciting , mainly since it is next to the river . We had extreme winds come in , and my husband and I enjoyed the rainy weekend with a cozy warm home. A lot of places to go and have a drink or dinner. We definitely will book again.

this place is gem! cozy, warm, inviting, peaceful, relaxing, private. , accommodations right out of a magazine! would love to move this or build this in my back yard to decompress on weekends after a long week! Sandra responds quickly and is very thorough, the complete package. Maryville has great coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops, and surrounding parks, trails and smokey mtns ! a nice getaway, away from the chaos of big city congestion
