Absolutely delightful! Marina is exceptionally accommodating and the combination of Square activities and the adorable space makes everything seamless.

I’ve stayed at Jacob’s Airbnb before. I feel safe and comfortable. It’s clean, quiet, and as described. The personal touches with the fireplace and art make it feel unique, not sterile and lacking in charm. The awesome jetted sauna/shower/tub is a welcome HOMERUN after a long night out! Thank you. We’ll be back!!

The location was picturesque and waking up to a peaceful pond, trees, woodpeckers etc was wonderful. As soon as I pulled up I felt relaxed. I came to spend some time alone to meditate and write and then had friends join me the next day for some hiking. Brian was very helpful with our bags and getting us settled. Check in was very thorough and out of all the air bnbs I’ve stayed in I don’t think I’ve had a host meet me and check me in. But the information he gave was helpful and there were things he showed me that I’m sure I would have been messaging him about if he hadn’t taken the time to tell me right away (how to work the fireplace, baseboard heating, etc). I was also very happy with the olive oil, salt and pepper, and other useful things as I’ve had past experiences where I brought everything except those essentials and had to go buy my own. The pillows were very comfortable and getting into town was a piece of cake. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Bloomington. Comfortable for two people, clean and cozy, and nice walking distance to Kirkwood and the IU campus. Would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay! Cool, unique, creative space with a large private deck. The location with off-street parking is convenient and easily walkable to town, campus, and whatever you may need. The hosts are flexible and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Cindy and Mark, along with their kids, made us feel very welcome. This has been the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at 10/10. We were in town to visit IU and go to the football game. We mainly needed a place to stay and this place was perfect for us. Enough room for us, small kitchen and nice bathroom. No issues at all.

Cecilia was super easy to work with and everything was just as described. Very close to Memorial Stadium so perfect location. I would recommend!

Andrew and Amy were very responsive whenever we needed something and were very understanding for a later check in. They showed great hospitality and my fiancé and I enjoyed our stay! The only issue we had was the people upstairs, but nothing to do with the owners. They were just up and a little loud to 4 am. Overall, we would stay again!

Such a great place to stay! My fiancé & I stayed while we were in town visiting family for about a week. It was spacious enough for us 2 and our medium sized dog plus there was a fenced in yard on the side of the house that was so convenient! Very cozy space, would definitely return!
