Second stay! My daughter and I have tried to book it many times, but it is popular! So we were very excited to be successful this time!

I’ve stayed at Jacob’s Airbnb before. I feel safe and comfortable. It’s clean, quiet, and as described. The personal touches with the fireplace and art make it feel unique, not sterile and lacking in charm. The awesome jetted sauna/shower/tub is a welcome HOMERUN after a long night out! Thank you. We’ll be back!!

We felt relaxed as soon as we entered this space. It's so tucked away and beautiful. Brian was an excellent host. We hope to be back!

I need a place when visiting my IU daughter, and have tried a few places. I’m done sampling as this is my new go to. Great location within walking distance to the University. The space isn’t huge, but makes great use of what’s available. Love the decor, and the interactive art everywhere. Ian was quick to respond when assistance was needed. In my absent minded exit I left an item behind. Ian quickly responded to me after checkout, found the item, and coordinated with my daughter to have her pick it up. Great experience. I’ll definitely be back.

What a great place to stay! Cute, convenient, everything we needed for a short stay. The photos do not do it justice. Just wish we could have stayed longer. The hot tub had an amazing view and was so good that I didn't get to use the claw foot bath tub. The downstairs games room is fantastic for a cold winters day. The host was super responsive when we had a small problem with the light over the pool table.

Great spot ideally close to IU sporting arenas. Host was fantastic…responded quickly and addressed all questions. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot in an amazing part of town. 5 minute walk from literally everything. The loft has an amazing vibe and felt super homey. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Corinna has an awesome apartment. We enjoyed how close it was to IU campus. It was great to have such a nicely appointed kithenette. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at Alissa's place for the weekend while visiting our daughter at IU. It is in a perfect location very close to the IU campus (within walking distance during warmer weather), yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful, wooded area. The place is very clean and new, and it is decorated impeccably. Although we didn't cook, you certainly could if you wanted to do so. Check in was easy, as was communication with Alissa. I highly recommend it. We have found the hotels at IU to be overpriced, dated, and underwhelming. Alissa's place was a much better option for us.

I was at Nejla’s place while visiting a friend in town. The apartment is quaint and nice for a weekend visit. Nejla was responsive and easy to get a hold of, and everything met expectations. Easy to get to the IU campus and fairly close to coffee and restaurant options.

The most thoughtfully designed AirBnb rental I've ever stayed in. Of course, the apartment itself is beautiful, especially the well-preserved historic floors. But the décor is also coherently chosen, and the kitchen and the bathroom are full of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home, like an air oven and a well-stocked tea area.

Very nice place. Pull-out couches were not the most comfortable but this was relatively minor for what was otherwise a terrific stay and beautiful place.
