Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bloomington

Joes's place is great! our family of 5 adults, 1 baby and our dogs were all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. the bedrooms were nice and mattresses were very comfortable. All lininens and towels were provided and clean. The location was a very convenient 6 minutes from The Wilds Wedding Venue where our daughter got married. One of the best things about this home is the huge fenced in back yard that the dogs loved. The patio is very cute with patio seating, hanging lights, grill and a nice hot tub. The hot tub appeared clean and well maintained. we would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Joe's place to everyone.

Stepping into this mid-century modern masterpiece felt like entering a time capsule. This Airbnb, "Nashville Treasure," surpassed even my high expectations. The architectural details, like the striking black slate floors and waterfall counter, are truly exceptional. We especially enjoyed warming up by the gas fireplace after a long hike, spinning records from the thoughtfully curated collection. The window filled walls bathed the space in natural light, while the custom wood blinds offered privacy. The bed afforded the most comfortable nights rest, with nightstands adorned with interesting architectural design books and lighting appropriate for readers. Outside, the steel-framed swing was the perfect spot to unwind and appreciate the surrounding nature. The fire pit and deck area looked equally inviting. Greg was a wonderful host – responsive and welcoming. Even as a local, I felt effortlessly transported to another era and style. We highly recommend this Brown County Gem!

The cottage was perfect for us and our dogs. I loved that there was a big backyard for them to play and get their energy out. The house was so cozy and welcoming. We felt right at home!

I live in the same block and this is always a great option when we have family visiting. My mom stayed for 3 weeks during a bad snow storm and the house was comfortable. They are always making improvements to upgrade the experience. One suggestion would be stools for the beds. They are very high. This is a great neighborhood. Walkable to downtown or the sports facilities, but still peaceful.

Our family drove in from Wyoming, South Carolina, and South East Texas to this wonderful Airbnb. It was serene and beautiful! Everything was clean and made to be very comfortable. The beds the bathrooms the kitchen the couches and the outdoor spaces were all well taken care of. Would highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you

We came in for a concert and Matthew provided themed water bottles for our stay. It was a beautiful home, super clean, and he was extremely helpful and responsive. Would stay here again!

Nashville, Indiana trip was wonderful. Walking around the town and short drive to top notch MTB trails. The space was big, lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, and roof top deck were big hits with our family. Will stay again.

The place was beautiful and very quiet we only spent one night there but it was well worth the trip only a few minutes from downtown Brown County..

Her studio was great. Well equipped and clean with a short drive into town. She was very accommodating and responsive and would absolutely recommend her beautiful property.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding at The Wilds. Very convenient for getting to the wedding venue and to and from downtown Bloomington. If I’m ever back in Bloomington with a large group I would definitely book Nancy’s place again.

Tammy was an amazing host! We had a girls trip and our stay at a cozy cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Plus with the cabin being pet friendly, it made less to worry about getting to share our space/trip with the floofs! She was such a gracious host, if we had any questions or concerns Tammy and her husband resolved any issues immediately! The cabin was so peaceful and cozy! Definitely recommend checking out her stay!

We loved staying in Theresa’s cabin! We had a last minute change in our vacation plans and was able to book that day with Theresa. She had responded within the hour! She was kind and her details were great. We loved the privacy of the cabin’s location and the lake view. The cabin was clean and loved the open floor plan. The wraparound deck would be beautiful in the spring and fall. I loved waking up to snow our last morning and the view was a winter wonderland. I’m recommending this cabin to all my friends and family!

Spent a IU football weekend here while visiting our daughter on campus. Quaint cabin in the woods that met all our needs. Chris’s instructions were very thorough. Only about 14 minutes from campus too. Great hiking in Hoosier national forest that was minutes away. Would be a wonderful place to stay also if you were doing a lake weekend over the summer.

What a weekend we had! First, this has been one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Perfect size for the two of us. Starr was super informative and provided very detailed, easy to follow information. Now, the things beyond her control: we had a strong thunderstorm move through which knocked out the power for just a little while. Since we were staying in winter, the heat was off for a bit. Once Starr was made aware she offered alternate heating solutions, although it sorted out due to power coming back on! But she was very concerned for us - which was nice. Then, it snowed & I thought we may get snowed in. But the roads were plowed timely. I took a walk down Tower Ridge Rd (been there many times), and it was beautiful with the snow. The cabin is lovely and comfy. No matter the season, you would find a great place to stay! Looking forward to returning! Easy close to town! The drive is beautiful getting there too! Thank you Starr for everything!

All I can say is our stay was perfect. The cabin is rustic and beautiful. This would actually be my dream home. The property is very secluded and we regret that it was too cold to enjoy the out side. But we did enjoy the deer coming up to the cabin and watching the wood peckers and titmouse through the picture window while we ate breakfast. The kitchen was very pretty and well equipped. A beautiful blend of rustic with modern decor and convenience. The furnishings are comfortable and just relaxing in front of the gas stove was perfect for the weekend. I can’t tell you about the tv because we didn’t need it or want it. The bathroom and shower were very pretty as well and clean. The bedroom was quiet and peaceful.. Barb and Brian were wonderful hosts, they gave us great recommendations for food and were very accommodating. We really appreciated the maps of local scenic drives from the Harley shop. Can’t wait to visit this summer or fall. Barb thank you so very much.

We loved our Galentine’s weekend at Melissa’s! She was so helpful leading up to our stay as well as super responsive if we needed to ask anything while we were there. We woke up on Sunday morning to A LOT of (unexpected) snow and her husband came right away to plow the driveway and check the roads for us. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end!
