Monthly Rentals in Black's Beach

Overall, this accommodation experience was satisfactory, but there was a musty smell from the plumbing when I first entered the room. After opening the window, the odd smell faded somewhat. The mattress is too soft, which may be uncomfortable for elderly. Aside from above issue, the room is well-equipped, clean, and hygienic, with all the kitchen supplies provided by the host. Additionally, the location is very close to UTC, and the neighborhood has a gated community, ensuring good safety and privacy. The longer we stayed, the more comfortable we felt. If we have the chance to come back, we would choose to stay here again. Thank you.

My place is being renovated, and I needed a play to stay in San Diego for over a month. The Cozy Corner had everything I needed! Convenient location, fully stocked kitchenette, lots of cleaning supplies, desk for working remotely, etc. The only thing missing for a long stay was laundry, but it wasn’t too bad. Bob and Gladys were always super nice when I saw them. Would recommend!!
