Monthly Rentals in Black's Beach

Great apartment, well stocked kitchen with spices, pots, pans and nice coffeemaker. Very comfortable bed! Easy access to highway and easy to drive everywhere. Further from La Jolla village than I anticipated (but I hadn’t looked at map closely) but easy to get to. Jacuzzi and gym were a plus, it was too cold for the pool but that would be awesome in the summer. Loved out visit and appreciated late checkout.

We stayed at Jennifer's place for a few days and couldn't recommend it enough. The place is centrally located and easily accessible by car. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. On top of that, Jen is super responsive and has a lot of valuable recommendations for the area.

Beyond our expectations! This house is better than all the photos showed, full of everything which you may or you may not need :-) I beleive this is the most organized house in AirBnb :-) It was our most important travel in our life and we are so happy to do the right choice to stay there for more than 2 months. The kids playing area, pool, hot tube, tennis courts were also great to be used free. No need to look for another house for next travels to San Diego. We will really miss this house. :-(

We LOVED everything about this place! Everything was exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend this studio.
