Stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Oak Tree 10 minutes down the road. Beth was really responsive and accommodating as we arrived slightly early due to wedding timings. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second visit to Owls Rest & it was as lovely as ever. Such a peaceful, relaxing place to stay in beautiful, quiet surroundings. Pristine, cosy, with comfortable beds and welcoming touches of food & drink. Clear directions & easy access to Knutsford, motorway etc. Emma was again a very responsive host & helped us with local taxis & recommendations. The Dun Cow, a minute’s walk away, was great after a long journey and The Lambing Shed nearby is a lovely cafe/ farm shop. So pleased to return and hope to do so again. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

I stayed here with friends for a local wedding and we were stunned by how beautiful this place was- had absolutely everything you could need, sofa bed was so comfy, host was amazing and very quick to respond, and we thought the place looked better in real life than the pictures. 100% recommend!

The lodge is such a cosy place to escape to. It was perfect and had everything that we needed. Fionnuala and her husband were incredibly accommodating making sure we had everything and knew how to work everything. They had thought of everything with all the little touches that made our stay so lovely. I would highly recommend staying here
