House vacation rentals in Black Warrior River

The Airbnb was great and provided plenty of space for all 5 of us. We all got our own bed and had plenty of space to hang out and watch TV. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Tuscaloosa!

Sean, was very responsive and we had a wonderful trip.

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

Beautiful spacious home. The pool was closed for the season but we found plenty to do at the home and around the area.

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

It was just the guys this time. They enjoyed the stay and the house was just as great as the first time we stayed. Private surroundings. No noisy/nosey neighbors! We will keep this house on our list of ones we will revisit. Mara was quick to respond too. Everything was as described.

Very quiet, clean & safe spot in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the only trouble was receiving a message with one code for the front door but in another area of instructions there was another code. Other than that it was the perfect stay, much appreciated to have a nice stay like this in the area!

Came to town for a wedding and was a perfect spot for what we needed. Couple minute drive from the farmers market and easy drive or uber to downtown. Only pieces of advice is the kitchen has pans/utensils but no pantry supplies so would bring your own oil/seasoning etc if you plan to cook and get groceries. Also you can park in the back which I might recommend if there are multiple cars. There was plenty of street parking but a neighbor complained it was difficult to get out of the driveway on the opposite side as we had several vehicles since we were all coming from different cities. Would stay there again if ever in Birmingham.

This place was awesome for the morning of my wedding. The bridal quiet set up was perfect for goat and makeup. The karaoke set up was also great for a pre wedding activity. Loved the amenities and was such a cute space.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the university. Enjoyed the location and time we spent there.

Another great stay at the House on the Hill! We love staying here when we are in the area. It is peaceful and quiet, which is always a blessing. Mikel and Terri take great care to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Check-in is a breeze, instructions are easy, the welcome folder has great information and local suggestions, the home is always very clean, and communication is great, too! It has everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. Our pups love it as well; they especially enjoy their walks around the property. We feel right at home and look forward to booking again!

Just as described. Lots of at home touches. We had everything we needed and more. Loved watching final 4 basketball games on the back porch while our girls played outside. The beds were comfortable and cozy with added blankets. Would 100% stay here again.

It felt like home. Me and my friends had a great time and look forward to booking again in the near future!!

Beautiful and cozy house with a very welcoming environment. The extra little touches were perfect for making us feel special in our stay. Only a couple of blocks from local shops and great places to eat. Approximately 10 minutes to the river walk to burn those extra calories from the great food nearby! Highly recommend staying here anytime in Northport or Tuscaloosa.

Nice place for a getaway , the home was nice and really put together , I didn’t have to reach out to Dustin for anything cause everything that could’ve been needed was already supplied . We slept so good , the beds was so comfortable !! My babies wasn’t even ready to go back home lol 10/10 def recommend I wouldn’t mind booking again .
