Vacation rentals with a pool in Black Warrior River

Seth was a great host. This is the second time staying at this house and it was perfect again. Everything we needed. The pictures are accurate and there aren't any surprises when you walk in. Easy check in and easy check out. Will always have this place on my short list when I come to town.

This was the third time I’ve stayed there and Roger and Theresa never disappoint. House is in a very nice quiet location and not very far from the campus. They have all the comforts of home. They couldn’t be nicer and I can’t wait till my next stay. I highly recommend staying here.

I traveled with my family. The five of us were very comfortable in Nathan and Dee's home. It suited us perfectly. It was very clean and was as pictured. The neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe. Check-in was seamless and our concerns/questions were answered promptly. Thank you Nathan and Dee for opening your beautiful home!

We stayed for the Iron Bowl. It was less than a mi to the stadium so super convenient to walk. The condo is decorated beautifully and offered so many extras. The only issue we had was the train so I would highly recommend using the noise machines which are in every room.

Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Description matched the apartment well, nice fluffy towels, and plenty of space for a family or 2 couples. Walkable to stadium, campus, coliseum. There is a new walking gate with a key pad, instructions will be updated shortly. Drivable to downtown T. Felt safe, 2 keys provided and 2 parking passes. Communicated very well and always answered our questions. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This condo is perfect for visiting your child while they attend the University of Alabama. The location is close to campus and really close to shopping. The condo is super cute and decorated perfectly for an Alabama fan! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Ian’s place was perfect for game day! Plenty of space for the whole family and a short drive to campus made it a great spot to have for the weekend. Ian responded quickly to any questions. The apartment clean and nicely decorated. We would love to stay again!
