me and my Fiance had a great time staying here together. very quiet and peaceful. highly recommended if you'd like somewhere in between all the happenings so it's not terrible to get around and see all the things you'd like. definitely getting what you see and what you pay for!!

Tranquil little spot, escaped for some R&R and it was the perfect place for it. The home was very clean and well stocked with basic amenities. I appreciate the care and attention put into creating such a peaceful home. Spent my mornings drinking tea and looking out over the river..lots to do in a drivable distance - drove into McMinnville to browse the shops and went for a hike at Miller Woods conservation area, and lots of wine tasting if that’s something that you do - highly recommend!

If you’re here to bike or enjoy the Falls City, OR , Blackrock trails, need a quiet zone away from the hustle bustle this is the spot. Clean, lots of room and a river and patio that makes me want to come back in the summer

We really enjoyed the stay. The hosts were good about answering my questions and were pleasant. The house and the surrounding farm were exactly what I was hoping for. We really liked it. The only slight negative was that the house was pretty cold. Our stay was in January and it was very cold outside. The house was cold when we arrived. We immediately started a fire and turn the electric heat up. It warmed up eventually, but was chilly to start. Still a 5 star stay though, especially because they had the fireplace already prepped for us so we literally just had to light the paper.
