We booked Manor Court for my mums 60th birthday and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the place. It was perfect for an intimate family/friends get together. The whole place was pristine and looked brand new. Loved the big range of board games which was a nice touch! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a get together. I couldn’t fault anything! Alison was great at keeping in constant communication and ensured everything went smoothly.

Rachel's house is a lovely place, full of character and very comfortable. The kids toys and books were great to have. The views are beautiful, there is a foot path right outside the gate and the local village is very pretty and has two good pubs. Rachel was very welcoming and friendly. Altogether we had a lovely stay

Had the most gorgeous weekend with friends celebrating a birthday. The photos do not do this place justice in how beautiful it is. Best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in and I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely cottage for our family of four (2 mid teen daughters). We visited over Christmas and on arrival we found the cottage decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. There were sweet treats to welcome us in the kitchen also. The cottage is set in a quiet street in town. We heard zero noise at night or day. Arundel is a lovely town but village like so walking from the cottage around town is super convenient. Steps from the cathedral or castle or restaurants or boutiques. Perfect! The cottage was super clean and comfortable and lacked nothing. We left the large bathroom to our teens and we used the more compact en-suite for ourselves. Shower was compact but a delight. The sink is small but my wife used the dressing table in bedroom to get ready for the day. Our bed was spacious and comfortable. The cottage was never cold or too hot, just right we thought. The girls enjoyed their rooms on the third floor. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had such an enjoyable stay. 2thumbs up

We spent our family Christmas here for a treat and thoroughly loved it! Everything you need for making meals, including a festive one, and perfect arrangement of rooms for being social if you fancy or some quiet sitting-space. Lovely that bowls, treats and a towel were provided for the dog (the latter is often overlooked and makes it hard to keep your host’s home nice and clean, so I always take one). Thoroughly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay with friends for a weekend away. Very well equipped with lots of thoughtful extras and very comfortable beds. Right on the canal and enjoyed a lovely walk to the marina one day. Quick walk in the other direction to Chichester Town centre with an array of shops and restaurants. Would definitely return for another visit in the future.

We had a great stay at spindles for New Year’s Eve. The property is well equipped and spotless and exactly as described. It’s is well located with a great beach a short walk away. It truly was home from home but with the added benefit of a great pool table which we used a lot. We didnt use the garden but it was a good size and would be a lovely space during summer. Andrew was responsive on messages and very informative, he also allowed us a late check out New Year’s Day which was an added bonus after the late night. Would highly recommend x

This is the perfect place for relaxing beach walks, stargazing, or enjoying some downtime on the patio. Kate was incredibly helpful and promptly replied to all messages. It was an ideal short getaway to escape and recharge for a while.

This was a trip down memory lane for my 92yr old mother. she has mobility issues but managed the few steps upto the hallway. The accomodation was lovely clean and warm. we enjoyed the onside parking and also enjoyed the walks down to South Parade pier as my mum reminisced about her early years. A great time was had by all of us. The apartment felt homely my mum was well impressed. Thank you Jane for a lovely time. Pete and family.

This was our second time staying here. The apartment feels like home it’s a special place very cozy and quiet, with a lovely sea view. It’s also very close to everything you need. We will be back again, I’m sure.

Lovely modern space near the beach

Creydi was a great host. Excellent communication and very friendly. The house was fantastic and the extra touches (Christmas decorations, welcome board) were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Harry was an excellent host and provided us with several recommendations for nearby walks and restaurants. The place is proximate to the ferry port and transport links to get around the island, as well as many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay with Harry to anybody interested in visiting the Isle of Wight!

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! Jo was a fabulous host, welcoming, friendly & informative and felt like nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely relaxing stay before the chaos of Christmas back home and our dog was welcome too which was an important requirement for us. The property is in an exceptional position with views better than we had even hoped for, we would highly recommend Jo & her property x

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

We had an amazing family staycation at Joe’s Place. Him and his partner were every responsive, super helpful and their property is gorgeous. Great gym, games room and cinema room. Lots of space and very homely. Also walking distance to the seaside! Would definitely book again!
