Villa vacation rentals in Biograd na Moru

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

It was great at Sabina's! She and her husband personally welcomed us and showed us everything. As a welcome, there was a huge meal package incl. Fruit basket, ham, cheese, wine, cold beer, sweets and even one of a fully equipped bar! Great. When we said we will also grill, there was a bag of charcoal in front of the door the next day. The house itself is very clean and offers everything you need. You have a great view over the small quiet bay. There is a nice beach with several hip beach bars, a boat rental and a great fish restaurant right next door. You can walk super fast in Tribunj or by car or boat in Šibenik. All in all, a great location. We traveled with baby, also here we were provided with everything we needed (cot, high chair etc. To say goodbye, Sabina brought us again a gift for the child and wine for us. Thank you, we will come back! :)

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

This was a lovely home. We weren't able to use the pool because of the time of year. The entire property was walled in with a functional walking and vehicle gate that lock. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully functioning and stocked with everything we needed, the kids love the game table, everything was very clean, and the sauna was spectacular. Our host was very responsive and gave us great locations for dinner, groceries, and things to do. The house feels bigger than it looks because of the high ceilings and the balconies have nice views of the surrounding land. There is a house going up on the balcony side, but even with the construction, the views are still great. Highly recommend staying at this location.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Medici. Ideal with teens, multiple activities that appeal to everyone: gym, sauna, pool table, playstation, swimming pool… everyone was able to have their space and at the same time spacious places to meet all together.

Stop looking and book this property! We regularly use Airbnb and this is definitely at the top of our list of places we have visited. The property is exactly as pictured, clean, fresh, spacious and modern, but the view is even better than you can imagine! The property is well appointed, with everything you'll need for your stay. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms clean and fresh and the downstairs kitchen/living/diner is much bigger that it looks online. Petar was a fab host, he helped us with directions to the property when we arrived late at night, left us snacks after our journey and was on hand throughout with recommendations and help whenever we needed it. The surrounding area is fab too, nice and quiet, beautiful and with an amazing restaurant a short walk away. We can't recommend this place enough.

Beautiful place and wonderful villa, descent to the beach next to the cottage. Nice and very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub, and pool are wonderful. Great communication with the owner and her mom. Highly recommend :)

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We had a lovely time in Marijas Villa. Everything is as described in the Airbnb-Ad. Marija is very friendly and available at any time for questions and recommendations. She is one of the best host i have ever had. We were very thankful to have her.

Villa very nice and comfortable, large bedrooms, living room, dining area, terrace. Clean and welcoming. Location approx. Unfortunately, the street was being renovated during our stay, which unfortunately made it quite noisy. Very flexible and friendly host. Overall, the trip was very positive.

This was our first time in beautiful Croatia. We booked the villa because of the pictures – and what we found was even more beautiful. Petra was more than a friendly host – she was like a close friend we could reach out to for every little thing. Words are not enough to express our gratitude for what she has done for us. The villa is fantastic and offers more than you expect – perfect for families to enjoy it in peace and privacy. Marina is a quiet town, with everything you need, and only half hour by car from Split. We wholeheartedly recommend it and with a clear conscience, and we hope to repeat the trip with every opportunity.

A modern villa in a beautiful, peaceful location. The villa is well-equipped for a relaxing break away and is a 20 min walk along the waterfront to a selection of great restaurants & shops. Easy driving distance to lovely towns nearby and the option to take a Taxi Boat. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for ourselves. Tea was a friendly and responsive host.

We had an excellent stay! Marta was a gracious host, responding promptly to all our questions. The accommodation was outstanding, and we had a wonderful time with the kids. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

Our family of four (with two teenagers) had the best time at Katarina’s place. It was our first visit to Croatia and after a long drive from Zagreb airport we were hungry, tired and thirsty on arrival. Katarina’s welcome food and drink was so well received! The house is beautiful, the pool area and dining areas outside were perfect. The place is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and there is so much space. Grapes, olives and figs are available from the garden. Ollie the cat is a great companion too. Nearby Rogoznica is a lovely town, with places to eat and drink and watch the sunset. It also has supermarkets, as does nearby Marina. We hired a boat from Pika in Vinišće which was fantastic. And the food at Dalmata afterwards was enjoyed too! We visited Trogir for a day and it’s a gorgeous town with windy streets like Venice, a market and lots of yachts to watch. We could have stayed for weeks and explored so much more. Highly recommend Katarina’s place. Oh and the sunsets…

We had the best time at this Airbnb! It is like a dream! The house has everything you could ever need during a holiday, the garden and pool area is great, also with kids , and we enjoyed having no direct neighbours. Antonela is an amazing host and the communication was great. There is nothing we would have wanted differently and we would come back anytime.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We had a lovely week here. the pool was really well appointed and got the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a very peaceful area and quite rural and so a car is definitely needed.

Villa Sanval is ideal place for vacation, especially if you don´t like overcrowded beaches and noisy discos... There is literally everything you may need: small private beach, heated pool, 3(!) outdoor showers, perfectly equipped both, main kitchen and summer kitchen, grill, beautiful and clean rooms, everything in perfect condition. The hosts communicate in English, send us useful info prior our arrival and were ready to fulfill our requests. We can only recommend.

This stay was perfect. The house is good, the terrace and pool area even better. There is a van selling bread og sweets every morning, that was really good. The host are extreamly friendly and helpful with everything. We really recomand this place :)
