Everything was perfect and this place really helped build the foundation for an unforgettable weekend. It will be the first place I look up for future trips!

The house is very well appointed. We maxed out the occupancy with three families converging for an annual get together. There was a bed for every body, plenty of towels (and the ability to dry them quickly), adequate cookware for our large feasts, tons of ice with the commercial ice maker, and enough space that we weren’t always on top of each other. It is in a convenient location to reach the bottom or the top of the Keys and a quick drive takes you to nearby shopping, beaches, and activities.

We had such a great time. Not only was that weather perfect, the house was too! The house has everything you need and more. The host stocked the fridge and pantry which was completely unexpected. We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren and this house has everything you need for all ages. Not only did it have dog treats for our pups, but they also had a playpen, high chair, blow up mattress, kayaks, outside bait freezer, long bulkhead for fishing from the dock, hammock and a pool. Ruth was very responsive, kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend this home away from home!

We had a great time at this home in Marathon! The location was beautiful and we were only minutes away from the beach, snorkeling reefs, and restaurants. We really loved the pool, the back deck, and the fact that we could dock our boat in the canal behind the house with quick access to the open water. The home was clean and comfortable- the host also provided kayaks and bikes that we used to explore the surrounding areas. We highly recommend this place.

From the day we booked our stay the communication from Diana was positive and consistent. The home was very clean and beautifully furnished inside and out. The next-door neighbors were very welcoming, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The property provides a beautiful outdoor area with a gas fire pit, refrigerator for drinks and games for fun. It was the perfect place to wind down and relax. This location will be on our list of places to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

This home was absolutely beautiful!! It was exactly what we had hoped for, We were a family of 4 with my husband and I, with are two sons, ages 17 & 20, plus ones girlfriend age 16. We wanted a nice family vacation without the spring break chaos & this was it! This home was so clean yet cozy, had all the necessities we needed, everyone had their own room and bathroom which was super!!! This home could definitely accomodate so many more if you wanted to do so. We were the only ones there at the time, so we had the pool area to ourselves which we loved sooooo much! We played bags by the pool daily, swam during day & at night. The home had a great deck with a wonderful grill, we made slushy drinks with the ninja blender, anything you wanted this place had! We traveled to Key West a couple times which was nice and close, about a 30 minute drive. All in all this place is top notch! Don't hesitate to book! It's worth it!! LOVED this Home!! & Nate was a spectacular host!!!

We can't say enough about our stay. starting with communication. owners were very responsive with and questions. 48 hrs before arrival Eric called me and we spoke about parking and how to access the unit. he also told me that if we had any problem finding parking to call him and he would "talk us in". we did have I've sight issue, my own fault, and he answered the phone immediately. super easy access with keypad set to my phone number. nothing to remember! unit was exactly as in posted pictures. the cleanest we've ever rented! nice sitting area on porch for morning coffee, EASY walk to ask our favorite places. just half a block off Duvall but remarkably quiet. plenty of space for 2 people. with a nightly rate lower than any of the local hotels we checked. we rent 3-6 places like this each year. this was the one the was the cleanest, most matched the listing and had the most responsive owners. they even sent a video of p on how to use the front door keypad Incase it is new to you.

Had a blast staying on Duval St. Tom’s apartment was comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed having a cocktail on the balcony watching all the activity on the street. Cabaret across the street played loud music till midnight, but luckily the sound of the A/C drowned it out and we slept well.

A beautiful space in the heart of the city! Though a bit understocked, the hosts were extremely kind and the location was unbeatable.

Great stay with Justin in Tavernier! It was our first time to FL (and the Keys) and this was a great spot along the way to stay. The amenities were amazing, we took note of the care and thought that went into this rental. the kitchen utensils were top notch and were exactly what we needed. The ice maker was an added bonus. The A/C worked great! The decor was really nice. The only thing that was a minus in our book was the feel of the bed, it was way too soft (but to each their own!) That wouldn't stop me from staying in this location again. The noise of the restaurant patrons was a bit much one night but didnt last too long past "closing time" so it was okay. Everything was clean and looked very nice. The book with recommendations around the area was an added touch. Thank you!

Our stay at this property on Duval Street was fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The vibrant atmosphere and thoughtful details made it truly memorable. The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of Key West on Duval Street, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The only minor drawback was that it could get a bit noisy at times due to the lively surroundings, but that’s to be expected in such a prime location and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Key West. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location with amazing ocean views from living room and primary bedroom. Very comfortable unit, perfect for a family of 4. The unit has everything you need. Walking distance to the pool.

Was a convenient location for anyone wanting to be near Duval St. with the added benefits of being seconds away from CVS and a Faustos’s Grocery Store. This doesn’t even include the countless bars and restaurants. If you’re on the edge of booking or not - book this room and you won’t regret it.

This is the best spot in Key West. Quick and easy walk to Duval St the historic waterfront! Then when you get back, it's a nice quiet gated neighborhood. Best of both words. Will stay there again every time!

We enjoyed our family vacation at Carri’s place! The home was clean, well-equipped, and airy. The view was amazing. We found the beds, sofas, etc. to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Very close to local attractions and had adorable game area (darts, corn hole, etc). Pool was convenient and very clean. Great condo with all you need.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was our first time to the keys from Australia and staying here made our stay extra special. The condo was just as pictured and right next to Smathers Beach. The parking garage has a very low ceiling, so if you are driving make sure not to bring a vehicle over about 6' (and be careful opening your trunk). My daughters enjoyed the pool, especially because it has a deep end rather than some pools that only go to 5 feet. The building was quiet and the balcony had a view of the pool and beach. It was a nice relaxing stay.

My family had a great time on our visit. The accommodations were perfect. And, wow, what a beautiful view from our balcony. Sean was very responsive in answering our questions. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely book this unit next time.
