Vacation rentals with beach access in Berwick-upon-Tweed

Fantastic location for those that are golfing either at North Berwick or the many courses nearby. Lorraine was a really good host with clear communication, local recommendations and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The flat had everything that we needed. Being on a quiet street,very close to the town centre and the shore it was a good base to go walking from. No complaints.

Great place with plenty of space, nice and clean. Amazing seaside views and round the corner from the high street. Would love to stay again!

Apartment was great, views of the firth and it's bridges stunning. Short walk to the great pubs and restaurants.

My fourth visit and certainly not my last. Everything you could need and in a perfect location, with stunning views, coastal walks, beaches, excellent restaurants, local shops, weekly market all within walking distance.

Fantastic location, underfloor heating lovely. Happy overall. It’s a shame the local pubs/inns didn’t provide food on a nightly basis. Lovely food when available. Hope and Anchor does good food at a cost!!!!! Sun Inn great and very welcoming.

a truly beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, there can't be a better location right on the front facing the sea with amazing views, parking was easy at the side with the free permit included. super host, friendly and responsive, clear and easy access information. really spacious homely apartment with a nice well equipped dining kitchen, and a stunning lounge with bay window and the view! . the main bedroom also had a sea view. Tynemouth Front St is just a few mins away. Best air bnb weve stayed in Tynemouth. definitely recommended!..

We loved loved loved this place! Hoping to come back soon. The house was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 kids). The kids loved the enclosed garden, the toys and games around the place. I loved the utility room (I know 🤦‍♀️😂), the living room space, the en-suite and the kitchen/dining space. I also really loved the location, we walked to the beach and the park each day. The whole estate was quiet and friendly. Gary was proactive in giving great (free) ideas of what we could do when the weather changed. He was friendly and helpful without interrupting our holiday. I cannot put into words how much we loved the house. There were so many lovely touches round the house (like automatic lights on the stairs) which made the house exciting to the kids. We loved this property and would definitely book it again!

Brilliant location in the heart of Amble. Local shops, restaurants and cafes less than a minute walk away. On street parking outside property. Very clean and comfortable property nice wood burner and great shower in bathroom. Would definitely recommend staying here 5⭐️

Lynda was such a friendly and kind host. Marine cottage was lovely - exactly as described. Short walk to the Harbour, town, restaurants. Easy drive to Alnwick castle, lindisfarne and miles of gorgeous coastline. Wonderful to then come back to such a gorgeous, cosy cottage with everything we needed. The little touches- loads of towels, detailed instructions, hand wash by sinks etc made it a really relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at Alison’s for Christmas. A lovely cozy place to spend the holiday looking at the sea. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking roast dinner. Alison made us feel at home by putting out Christmas decorations and a Christmas card! She was very communicative sending instructions and Hive heating schedule in advance. Already looking forward to staying again.

An astounding property in a fabulous location with wonderful views. Very comfortable and spacious rooms which made our stay relaxing from the moment we arrived. Would love to return for another visit and definitely recommend to friends who are looking for something a bit special.

Another stunning few days at Ed and Sarah’s place. This is the second time we’ve stayed and it didn’t disappoint - it is the most special and beautiful location and the cottage is just so welcoming and easy to be in. Managed some long walks both ways along the coast, in and out of the weather - the views always amaze. The cottage is clean and tidy and peaceful and calm. Everything you’d want for a coastal getaway. Highly highly recommend - thank you again, Ed and Sarah.

Surf splash has an excellent location right on the beach front. We enjoyed watching the tidal changes right from the sitting room and main bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, the house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. Also worth mentioning that the train station is only a few minutes walk from the house and there is a good rail connection to Edinburgh. We had an amazing week away!

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

We are return visitors to The Lady Rhoda. A clean, stylish, welcoming house with everything you need. Very welcoming owner who leaves a lovely useful welcome pack. Lovely well kept cottage in a lovely little town. The decor is subtle and charming. The house is equipped with everything, lovely hot shower, good central heating and plenty of sunlight. The bedding is great quality cotton.The whole house is very clean.

Great comms from the host. Its worth noting that the property has many stairs, should that pose an issue for your booking. That being said, the property and the surroundings were superb We will return next year

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.
