House vacation rentals in Berkeley

We had a wonderful week visiting family in Novato. Mike’s place was a perfect location for us, close to the park, an easy drive to downtown Novato, a quick drive to the shopping centers in town, and our family was close by. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home. We loved the backyard! We really appreciated how Mike kept in touch and was responsive to any questions we had. Hopefully we’ll be back in the near future.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful garden, responsive host, ample street parking. Definitely worth the price. Plus there's a hot tub you can use after the end of a long day or before the start of one like how we used. MINUTES away from bars, restaurants, and shopping in Oakland. Great location. You could not find a better location at Muir Beach, which in itself is the perfect get away for those of us living in San Francisco. We loved it so much, we've rebooked for a weekend in September. It's the perfect size and layout for a couple and every room except the bathroom has a stunningly beautiful view of beach and waves and when clear, Sutro tower and the western part of San Francisco. A true romantic get away. Even 2 fireplaces and hot tub! We spent most of weekend not going anywhere except for a walk on the beach.

I'm tempted to only say horrible lies about this place, because I want to keep this gem all to myself. But I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this place. The location was gorgeous, the interior design was beautiful, and the hot tub in the middle of the redwoods was just the cherry on top.

Very convenient location. Easy access to freeway, food,etc. House was very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for family of 4.

Tracy’s home is beautiful. The directions were clear, and the space felt open, inviting, and “swanky” with its mid-century modern aesthetic. We loved the outdoor area, especially relaxing in the hot tub on a foggy Berkeley morning. The neighborhood is very charming and great for walking if you don’t mind hills. The beds were super comfortable, as was the living room. We hope to stay again!

Great old house, especially for families. It feels lived in by a family (and is decorated as such). That's great esp if you're traveling with your family; there's lots of useful things around the house and entertainments. Neighborhood is great as is the backyard!

Beautiful location in the Clayton foothills. Quiet neighborhood with a nearby walking trail that was perfect for our pups. Lots of great space and comfortable beds - exactly what our family needed!

We loved the house. Well located in San Rafael with lots of restaurants and parks nearby.

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

We had a girls trip and found this place to be a perfect Oasis for laughter , connection and many activities in the area . The house had a great feel with many amenities. We really enjoyed the deck with the Hot Tub!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Meilynn’s. All of the home’s spaces are inviting, from the bedrooms to the outdoor patio next to the pool. We’ll be back!

This was by far the nicest AirB&B I have ever stayed at. Gorgeous views from every window, private, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The pictures and description of the spa can't do it justice, although they try! I was worried about spiders or bugs in the cave spa, but there were NONE. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and I would have stayed in bed all day if the spa wasn't calling me. The house was squeaky clean and we wanted for nothing. Josie was incredibly responsive although we needed very little. She responded within minutes and was proactive about offering to manage the spa to our liking from her end which added to the luxury! Thank you so much, Josie, for sharing your amazing home with us - best mini vaca ever!

This is a really great place to stay at & it’s super affordable. Sean was so helpful and nice to us. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to visit San Francisco anytime soon!

We had an epic three days at Lolo's place and are so grateful we had the opportunity. We needed to pivot last minute to find an Airbnb during our Spring Break to visit family and Lolo was super responsive and even let us check in early so it rental car wasn't sitting out front packed with luggage. parking was easy, neighborhood is fantastic. I grew up in Alameda so I personally love the area and it felt so great to explore the neighborhood. My husband and 7yo walked to get coffee and pastries in the morning, our 2yo enjoyed the playground nearby. the Airbnb itself has everything we needed, even a nice low to the ground cot for our toddler to sleep in, kids books and dishes. Enjoyed Ethiopian food for dinner one night. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, I wish I was still there.

Farzad's place is a major reason that my SF tour is awesome! Very quiet and peaceful location, clean interior, modern design/renovation of the house. Various complementaries in the kitchen. EV charging in the garage. If I come back to SF in the future, I will definitely stay at Farzad's.

Jason was a great host and answered all the questions very promptly. Home was clean and had a lemon and other citrus trees in the backyard. We liked it and would highly recommend this place.

The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally neat and tidy. Although we didn’t really use the kitchen, it was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very quiet- allowing for a great night’s sleep.

We enjoyed staying here. The location was convenient and easy to find. We felt safe and walked to Target and other shops at the shopping center down the road. The house is about 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport, 20-30 min from Japantown and downtown. The house was clean and well-cared for.

Large place with a nice patio area, close enough for a walk to the beach or the park and I had a wonderful time there, grocery store within walking distance, was able to explore most of the city and the host was so sweet

We chose the Novato area to visit relatives who live nearby. We especially appreciated ease of access (no steps) ,the extremely comfortable beds, and the fully equipped and supplied kitchen where we were able to prepare several meals to eat in the lovely dining room which overlooked a beautiful private garden ( with outdoor dining area as well). We flew into and out of SFO. For an early flight out we stayed near the airport due to unpredictable travel time into SF.
