Monthly Rentals in Benton Heights

The place is in a quite neighborhood. The road doesn’t have a sign but GPS was useful. The house was exactly as described and perfect for a couple. It was well stocked including enough bottles of drinking water. A few things were old and slightly broken like bath tub faucet and utensil cabinet but nothing that troubled us. The electronic lock wasn’t working but they had a key which we used - could have been nice to have another set of locks to lock the door at night. We didn’t feel unsafe - just a thought

Jennifer and Parris have a lovely home! Their walkable trails on the property are a special added experience. I highly recommend spending some time in this special home.

Home was cute and clean and the location was great with access to shopping and highways only minutes away. When I arrived I was unable to get in due to the keypad not working, but caretaker Heidi resolved it right away. She was also very prompt at snow removal during our stay, and even brought over delicious homemade cookies. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a great stay! Trevor & Noah were awesome hosts and had quick responses to any questions. The loft is exactly like the pictures! Most comfortable bed we've ever had traveling❣️ Perfect location for us as we needed a central location to visit with family. Loved being walking distance to the Mason Jar! Also close to downtown St. Joe and Lake Michigan!
