Amazing property which had a beautiful outside area with hot tub and sauna! The kitchen was incredibly spacious and there was a seating area near the kitchen (lower ground) and on the ground floor! So handy to have multiple rooms with en suites too! Karolis was so responsive and really helpful, the check in was made super easy with videos and guides, and there's also guides on how to use the hot tub too! Really great stay!

Such a wonderful house! Great kitchen, lovely neighborhood close to transportation, comfortable beds, and good living spaces. Great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay! The layout of the house is amazing, and allows a group of (in my case) 10 adults & 2 children to easily mingle/eat/lounge. Hien was very responsive to my questions. Thank you.

The house is located in a great area - very central between Notting Hill and Little Venice. Amazing transport links with a choice of 4 nearby metro station. Just 25 mins from Heathrow and yet minutes from the centre. A converted shop - the house has super high ceilings and high end features. Great coffee machine with delicious coffee supplied and great Italian appliances like toaster and blender. Under-floor heating kept the house toasty warm. The beds and pillows are amongst the most comfortable I have ever slept on - with high thread count bedding. All the rooms are lovely and quiet and overlook the private garden. I didn’t use the garden due to being winter but looked nice. The bathrooms are sensational and the hosts provided nice quality bathroom products and loads of big fluffy towels. Access is using a code which was super easy to use - so no need for a key. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and they answered all our queries within seconds.

We had a great stay! Family of 8 with 4 kids and had plenty of space and room to relax. Lots of games and puzzles for the kids within the home and there was a park directly across the street. Short walk to the tube and was easily able to access all the parts of London. Nick was responsive and easy to communicate with

Anton and his team are reliable and responsive which gives me a lot of confidence booking with them. We had a little hiccup in the beginning due to original home issues however was quickly managed by Anton by finding me an equivalent place which suits my booking preference and eased my worries. The alternative 4 bedrooms home we stayed was very nice and modern, accomodated well for the 8 of us. We were welcomed to the home eventhough we had a really late check in due to flight delays and we were showed around the home so that we were familiar with everything in the home. We were even started off with basic food in the fridge. The home was 10mins walk to main road which had plenty of restaurants to choose from and groceries stores to get our groceries and supplies. Overall I would truly recommend Anton and his team’s services and would be happy to book with them again in the future. Thank you Anton & Team!!!

We had such a great stay at Suzy’s place. It was perfect for our family, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The area is ideal for kids with lots of great playgrounds within walking distance, which made our days so easy. There is also a fantastic coffee shop just around the corner, and we ended up going there every morning. Suzy was a lovely host, really responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We felt totally at home and would love to come back next time we’re in London.

I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

We had a lovely time in London and at Michael's place. The location was great for us with convenient Tube stations, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. A very nice location in London. The location does have 4 levels with stairs. This was ok for our group of 5 but keep in mind when planning. As with most arrivals from the US, we arrived well before check in time. Michael was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check-in. Communication was very good with quick responses, which was helpful. Thank you for hosting our family.

I loved staying at Caroline’s house. It is a beautiful home in a lovey part of Clapham. The property was just like the photos and description. Caroline was the best host - very amenable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Liam's beautiful home met and exceeded our expectations. We are first time Airbnb members who traveled to London for family function and Liam made the accommodation part of the trip painless. Communicating was easy, the property is wonderful, modern and clean, and the stay was great! As a professional photographer that works in the leasing industry I'm aware of instances where the product doesn't live up to the image, in this case it's the opposite- this property and it's owners offer more! This is a real find for a spacious air bnb. We are a family of six (four kids) and most spaces that can accommodate us are strangely chopped up to maximize bedrooms in odd arrangements. But there’s a nice and natural flow to this place, with two very decent sized bedrooms and two small ones (perfect for kids). It’s basement level but there are enough windows to gardens and courtyards that you don’t feel underground or enclosed. The quality of the fixtures, towels etc was also definitely a few steps above your average air bnb.

We stayed at this property over the Christmas week to visit family. We needed a home with 4 bedrooms, and this was perfect for our needs. The bedding was pristine, and the house clean and tidy. The communication with Charlie was excellent. If circumstances arise we would definitely come back.

We had the most amazing stay! Jaqua is a first class host and the house was everything and more. We partied all afternoon and evening and it was the most comfortable and perfect place to be. The garden and bar are massive and then there was plenty of room to take the evening indoors. The bedrooms are all large and beautifully decorated. I could not imagine anyone being disappointed with a stay here. We highly recommend for large family or friend gatherings. Thank you Jaqua, and we will definitely see you again soon 😊

I visited Jenny and Sam’s place with my 2 teenage sons and we’ve all had the best week ever! We can’t thank Jenny and her family enough for sharing their lovely home with us. The house was beautiful, really felt like home and Jenny was a fantastic host, who kept in touch all the time. The pool and garden were a real treat and the location was perfect with easy access to so many great places. We all agreed that we’d love to stay there again and would 100% recommend this fabulous place and lovely hosts. Thank you again for the best summer holiday from us all, Amelia and family😊👍❤️

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here, a very nice place. The flat was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool was very well taken care of. Catford is quite lively, there are supermarkets and plenty of places to eat, but the street that the house is on is quiet. There are two train stations less than 10 minutes away and the trains into the centre of London are every 20 minutes or so.

We really had a comfy stay here, beautiful flat and gorgeous garden. Everything is easy to use, clean and well stocked. Great big proportions and the pool is lovely. Mega comfy beds! All great. Nice to meet Sue and Ralph, Jean the other caretakers at the property/couldn’t be more helpful. Thanks

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.
