Vacation rentals in Belleview Island

The home was beautiful and in the heart of South Tampa. Very safe neighborhood and very well kept neighborhood. The owners responded immediately to our questions. I highly recommend this home . We did not get the opportunity to use the pool or jacuzzi because of the weather but it really looked inviting. Our family had a fantastic reunion celebrating Thanksgiving.

Jianfeng was a wonderful host. We had several text conversations leading up to our visit and they were very helpful and responsive. Easy check in and out. One thing we discovered that wasn’t shared in the post is you have access to the 6 and 7th floor overlook balcony’s. There is a key in the condo that you can use to unlock the private only doors so that was super exciting and we watched the sunset from there and had our morning coffee another time. Overall….great experience and we enjoyed the easy access to the waterpark. Would recommend this for a family or a couple that would like a tucked away, feel like home vacation

Enjoyed our Stay!

Great stay that had plenty of room for our group to be comfortable. The pool/outside area was awesome! Super quick grabbing an uber to get to casino or downtown Tampa. Would definitely stay again!

I must say, I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Ray was a great host, very available. I would give it a five star all the way around, however, they have to be clear how many bedrooms is in the house. It has 3 bedrooms not 5 bedrooms available for guests; however, it has 4 beds able to sleep 4-6 people. It all worked out. I really appreciate the time and attention that was put into the details. My family and I played pool, played table tennis, cooked a great meal on the grill, and really felt at home while we were in town. I will definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit. This is a very welcoming place that felt safe and very clean. Added bonus, we were able to wash our clothes.

We’ve stayed here the last few vacations and as always, the place never disappoints. Great location with all beach amenities you could possibly need. We unfortunately needed to evacuate from Hurricane Helene and John was gracious and concerned for our safety. The town of Redington is a family and we’re praying for their safety and quick turn around to their paradise again.

I mentioned the no A/C in the game room. Initially we booked this place based on the game room and sizes of beds. It was too hot in the game room (first floor garage). It ended up not being a big deal because our kids just playing cards. Everything you need for the beach is there (beach cart, umbrella, chairs, etc). I wish we would have brought our own beach towels (there were towels just more like bath towels). (Side note: washer/dryer does not dry but outside dries quickly) :) Francesca’s dad is so nice and offered to move his car for boys to play basketball (and unlock the house when they left the key inside). He offered so much advice. Really sweet man!
